Great Trade on 2014 Chrysler 300 I recently went in to Kingston Dodge to have a look at the new 2015 Chrysler 200 and met with Wendy Lou. Even though I wasn't planning to buy that day I recently went in to Kingston Dodge to have a look at the new 2015 Chrysler 200 and met with Wendy Lou. Even though I wasn't planning to buy that day, I traded my perfectly good 2012 Chrysler 300 on a beautiful 2014 Chrysler 300. Why? It certainly wasn't because of an overly aggressive sales person! Wendy Lou was just like dealing with a friend who was looking out for my best interests. Management gave me a good offer on my car (considering what I paid for it a year earlier) and I knew the market value of the 2014 was fully reasonable. My son was looking for a newer SUV and I had him come over for a brand new Dodge Journey that Wendy Lou put together for him and his wife on the same day. She sold my family 2 cars that day and we never felt any pain! Now that is a great salesperson and in my view, a pretty darn good car dealership too! Unfortunately my new 300 had brake problems that was missed during the safety and I discovered it after exiting the 401 on my way to work. Immediately after I phoned KD to express some concern, I was taken care of and new rotors were installed without question. While some may see this as a negative, I view it as a positive in the way the problem was handled and resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thanks Warren and Service Team! More
