In addition to the 2-year major service, it was evident that my vehicle needed repair/replacement of a part. Imtiyaz advised me of my option on either to replace it right away or at my next service, since it was a costly replacement. He took me to the garage and showed me what was wrong and the part that was needed to be replaced. All this was very helpful to me in assessing the situation and deciding on what I needed to do. Imtiyaz arranged for transport to take me home and pick me up since my vehicle would not be ready for around 5 hours. I commend Imtiyaz on his impeccable service and dedication in ensuring that the customer is given the best service possible! More
