I went to the dealer for brake noise problem where Edwin Ho wrote me up at the time he tried to sell me $700 worth of work before my car was looked at I refused and he told me I would have no warranty left. After the vehicle was looked at I was told I need rear brakes and the cost was $458 + tax I agreed and the work was completed in 1.5 hrs. When I got home and looked at my bill I noticed that I was charged $239 in labour for 2.1 hrs labour. Their posted door rate is listed at $103 an hour so when I calculated it I was charged $113 and hour I find this to be very dishonest and I will never return to this dealer nor would I send anyone else to this dealer to be ripped off. More
