The delearship is simple but has a friendly atmosphere. They will always try to accomodate you even though you njuts called them up to have an oil change. We were in the market for a Sante Fe XL or a Sorento, capable of towing 5000/500 lbs. Nina arranged a viewing of an XL and was able to explain and demonstrate the vehicle in a very professional and perso capable of towing 5000/500 lbs.
