I've had my Hyundai there three times for service. The first time was fine but not exceptional. The last two were not good at all. The price when I came to pick up the car was substantially differe The first time was fine but not exceptional. The last two were not good at all. The price when I came to pick up the car was substantially different from what I'd been told was the final price on the phone half an hour earlier. I also authorized one computer diagnosis, and they charged it twice. The last two times my car has been there it came away with body damage that it did not go in with. Most recently there was a drag of white paint down the entire driver's side of the car. This after I'd been told my car was ready and I'd had to search the back lot for it. I should have gone back in about the damage, but by that time I just wanted out of there. I will buff the white paint off myself rather than deal with Kingscross again. I have started to shop for my next car, which will be all electric, and I had been looking at a Hyundai, but not now. More

I live in Quebec and was in search of a 2019-2022 Corolla SE, XSE Hatchback in Flame Blue, your dealership had a mint 2020 with ultra low Km's that came in on a trade. I emailed and got a rapid response from SE, XSE Hatchback in Flame Blue, your dealership had a mint 2020 with ultra low Km's that came in on a trade. I emailed and got a rapid response from Daniel, we had great discussion back and forth and sadly because of the extra costs I would have to pay bringing it in to Quebec (PST, inspection fees on top of the taxes paid in Ontario) I just couldn't do the deal. If I was in Ontario this would have been a sale no questions asked. Daniel truly goes above and beyond and made the online experience with your dealership amazing. More
