Not the greatest I contacted kia to look at sorrento and was put in contsct with gary who was really nice at first. But we couldnt agree on a fair price so i ended up I contacted kia to look at sorrento and was put in contsct with gary who was really nice at first. But we couldnt agree on a fair price so i ended up walking away from deal and when i did that gary changed. Contacting him to get deposit back i couldnt reach him. So i went in and he was so rude to me treated me like garbage. I will never buy from your dealership and im happy to let you know im driving 2019 sedona now not purchased from you lot.also should add i have never had to chase people down to get answers on mu fiancing or what going on leaving couple messages before return call. More

Wow talk about making our purchase easy! Cam and Ernie made it so easy! We got into and accident with our sorento.recentclty. so we contacted cam and ernie to see what could be done since our Cam and Ernie made it so easy! They invited us in the next day and sat my wife and I down . They listen to our needs and suggested an 2019 kia sportage with all wheel drive. I asked do we really need to spend the extra on the ex model with heated steering wheel and blind spot reminder along wheel all wheel drive I'm telling you it's well worth it. After our first really snow storm yesterday and driving in it for work. I said this is worth every penny spent. Cam and ernie definetly know what they are talking about. They care for the consumer from the time you walking to the follow ups. Liars. The general manager thought I was a moron. Tried to sell me a new car with the interest rate of a used car. I left the dealership because they wanted The general manager thought I was a moron. Then a half hour later the general manager called me and said If i come back they'll do the price I was trying to negotiate for. I went back and he gave me the papers. He increased the interest from 2.99 to 4.99 from what we were originally negotiating. This would mean would have paid more! Waste of time! More

Honest and Reliable I was basically set on purchasing a 2019 soul before setting foot into a Kia dealership so for me it was about finding the right place to take my busi I was basically set on purchasing a 2019 soul before setting foot into a Kia dealership so for me it was about finding the right place to take my business. I am not from St. Catharines so it was not my first stop (it was however my last). I went to my local Kia dealership with full intent of buying a soul that day if the price was right, however the salesman told me he could not match the price at Kia of St. Catharines. In fact the salesman at my local dealership told me "there is no way they can sell this car for that price, They are just trying to get you in the door. Once you get in the door they will hit you with all of the fees. If that is the price of their car take it and run.". When I got home later that night I made a call to Kia of St. Catharines and got a hold of Sam , he assured me that the price in their advertisement is exactly what I would see on my bill of sale. I went to the dealership the next day and purchased the car exactly as advertised and much cheaper than my local dealership. Unfortunately 15 days later i was hit head on by a driver that lost control of their car. The driver totaled my new car, but my girlfriend and I walked away with only bumps and bruises. I truly believe if I was in my old car I would not have walked away alive or without serious injury to say the least. My insurance company contacted the Kia dealership for my bill of sale to complete my claim and I was immediately contacted by Sam just to make sure we were okay. A week later we were back on the lot to purchase another new soul. After my first experience with the dealership I had no doubt in my mind that I would buy my new car here. I would like to thank Sam for providing outstanding customer service, for providing me all of the information I needed to feel comfortable about the sale and above all for being an honest salesman. I would also like to thank Shirley for taking the time to go over the finalization of the sale and all of the packages available to take care of my car. Shirley has extensive knowledge and experience and truly shows her integrity as a salesperson by standing by what she sells. Thank you Kia of St. Catharines! More
