He then introduced me to Nav Gill. Together, they answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They were both extremely knowledgeable about KIA products. I had a vehicle in mind as well as a colour. Unfortunately the colour that I wanted was not readily available. Nav proceeded to search for the colour that I wanted. We discussed a second colour as an option. Nav indicated that he would be willing to make some concessions if I chose a second colour. I agreed. I was introduced to Vick Hasan who takes care of the financing side of the business. He was very well spoken and very friendly. He was honest with me and also gave me pointers on how to improve my credit. He was the first person ever that took the time to explain the items on my bureau in detail. For that I am extremely grateful. Once I was approved for financing, it was time to pick up my vehicle. The vehicle was polished and looked fantastic. I have a two year old child and I had to figure out how to install his car seat in my new KIA Sorento. This is where Chantal came in to play. She took the time to show me how to install the car seat. She was extremely friendly and courteous. Despite the fact that she was wearing a skirt, she crawled into the back of the vehicle to hook up my car seat. I was incredibly impressed. She definitely went above and beyond to help ensure the safety of my little boy. Thank you Chantal! I would like to thank the entire team at Kia for the manner in which they dealt with me.
