Experiencing the NEW KIA dealership in St Catharine's was an overall great experience. My mother and I were noticed right away and greeted in a professional and friendly manner by none other than Sam. No was an overall great experience. Not only did we receive great service but useful knowledge and details about the cars. Any question we threw at them, they answered in full details and understandable. They took their time in understanding my needs and what i was looking for in a car! After choosing the Perfect car for me, came the deals, and they were truly amazing deals. Any promises made by Sam and Nav were met to a tee. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. They don't hustle you or push you into purchasing a car. They make you feel comfortable about your purchase weather it be new or used and make sure you are getting the most for your $$$. This was my first purchase for a brand new car and I was very skeptic and nervous about spending that kind of money. Do I buy used, do I buy new, it was the biggest decision for me. Sam and Nav helped me make my decision. They are two of the greatest guys to deal with and I will recommend and tell my friends and everyone I know if your looking to buy a vehicle new or used take the time to visit Kia St Catharine's and talk to Sam and Nav, they are the best. My first experience with Kia in 2011 with the previous owners was not a good one, however the new owners have made dealing at Kia a wonderul experience. Kia had a special on for previous Kia owners. I met with Derrick Tomlinson. Derrick was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the monthly price was more than I wanted to pay. That same evening Nav Gill, the sales manager, phoned me and asked me to come back in the following day. He asked me pertinent questions on the phone so that he was well aware of the monthly payment that I was looking for and the vehicle we were interested in. When I met with Nav the following day, he was very thorough and gave me a few options that fit my budget. Needless to say I am the proud owner of a 2014 Rondo EX. I truly love the vehicle. All of the staff at Kia of St Catharines are very helpful and friendly and even have a great sense of humour. If anyone is looking for a Kia, I would highly recommend Kia of St Catharines. They definately go the extra mile! More

After hearing nothing about great things coming out of Kia from friends and co workers, about quality and amazing offers, I decided to check out my local dealer. Now let me say that i have always been hesitant and untrusting of dealers in the past and on that day it was no exception, until I met Sam. I knew what I wanted and Sam was very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything to me, because as it turns out I only knew what I wanted from past models I have either seen or rented. After being informed of all the greatest things that Kia has done and improved since my last experience, I was even more interested in getting behind the wheel and seeing what Sam was talking about. Right away I loved the car, handling, features, looks. AS we drove Sam took the time to educate me even more, man was I surprised on all the things new and improved. Now we get back to business and the part that I was waiting for. That was the pushy hard sell. I was surprised yet again when Sam took the time to find out my needs and limitations. Sam worked really hard in making sure that those needs got met, but also to personally make sure that I was comfortable and got the best quality for my dollar. Then Sam introduced me to Nav. Instantly we were laughing and really getting to know each other. There was no pushy sales pitch, no up selling, just a working relationship to make sure that I was happy and got the best deal that they could offer me. When it was all said and done the end decision was up to me, I felt no pressure at all from them regardless of whether I took the offer or not, I am happy to say that after going home to sleep on it I was ready to pull the trigger, Enter Vic. Just like his two co workers, Vic made you feel at ease and comfortable. Again Making sure I got the best that they could offer. On a side note, these guys have to be doing something right, because when ever I see them , They are taking care of customers and moving inventory. The sign of a good car dealership is if at any givin moment, if you walk in and the place is a bee hive of activity and not feeling like a library. You know that they are doing the best for their customers. And that is Kia of St Catherines to a tee. More
This was me and my wife's first experience with Kia but it won't be our last. Eric from Sales went out of his way to help us and was very informative, friendly and gave us a lot of his time. We were looking for a family type vehicle and ended up trying and buying a 2009 Kia Rondo which had recently been traded in. The service department not only repaired and painted a small "ding" on the front passenger door, but also replaced tires without being asked and did so in a timely, efficient manner. We love this vehicle! I can't say enough about the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of both the Sales and Management Teams, and they will definitely have our business when we get another vehicle. The original warranty is still in effect on our Rondo and it matches and even exceeds warranties I have had in the past from other manufacturers. There was none of the typical pressure placed on us to buy a vehicle and Kia of St Catharine's goal really seemed to be to make us happy and find us a safe, quality vehicle to drive with our children. In short... Great service, Friendly/knowledgeable staff, great vehicle at a great price! If I could rate my experience higher than a "5", I would. Thank you Kia of St Catharines! More
I was looking to trade in my old Nissan for a new one. I had my car appraised at Nissan and they wanted close to $22000 for a new Nissan Sentra with my trade in. I went to Kia and got a BARELY used 2013 Nis had my car appraised at Nissan and they wanted close to $22000 for a new Nissan Sentra with my trade in. I went to Kia and got a BARELY used 2013 Nissan Sentra for only $15 888! They gave me a better deal for my old car, and had very friendly service! I love my new car! More

Horrible customer service, mechanics that misdiagnosed things and can't find issues when another shop could. I was contacted by salesperson Feisel by phone earlier this morning and was told that I'd be able to purchase a 2011 Kia Optima for $170/bi-weekly payments. My wife and I had previously met with Feisel a this morning and was told that I'd be able to purchase a 2011 Kia Optima for $170/bi-weekly payments. My wife and I had previously met with Feisel a few weeks earlier during which time we had discussed all the details of our trade-in vehicle and finances. At the time we also made it clear to Feisel we could only afford a maximum of $160/bi-weekly payments on the new vehicle. Subsequent to Feisel's phone call - my wife and I decided we could afford the $170/bi-weekly payments Feisel had offered, so we drove from Welland to St. Catharines to work out a deal. Upon our arrival, Feisel informed us he'd "forgotten" to calculate the amount to include our trade-in vehicle (and the outstanding amount still owed on the vehicle). After talking with his sales manager, he then informed us the amount of the new vehicle was $186/bi-weekly. My wife and I walked out of the dealership immediately after feeling as though we'd baited and switched with a promise of a lower price over the phone and then a higher price upon visiting the dealership.
