Terrible experience I bought my Forte in 2013 and the ownership of the dealer has changed since then. I needed repairs after hitting a pot hole. Drove my car out of the dealership and quickly noticed the problem I took it in for was now worse. Drove it back and paid another bundle of money to get my car back on the road. It was obvious they did the big ticket item when all I needed was replacing the ruts.. They kept my car for 4 days and I couldn’t get a straight answer about anything. They couldn’t even explain where the damage was on the parts as every time I asked, the “technician” that worked on my car was conveniently not there. I felt like my car had been high jacked and question their integrity and work ethic. They take forever to return calls and they do not have any parts on site, I had to wait until the parts were ordered on both occasions. My car sat on the parking lot for hours before anyone looked at it. I was going to buy another Kia this year but the service experience at this dealership turned me off. I love Kia but can’t bare the idea of service at the Newmarket dealer. I won’t go back and I definitely don’t recommend you use the service there. More

Lack of follow up is abysmal.. Having been in the business, I found the follow up to be seriously lacking. Worst Kia Dealership I bought my KIA here late 2016. The ownership and location has been changed since then. The quality and integrity of this dealership went completely I bought my KIA here late 2016. The ownership and location has been changed since then. The quality and integrity of this dealership went completely downhill immediately. Most of the employees i dealt before are all gone. The culture in the building is very negative and employees were said not to be paid on time. I WILL NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ANYMORE. KIA Canada should take a close look on how the business owner do their business and the effect on the KIA community in Newmarket. More

After signing the paperwork for a new vehicle there were numerous extra hidden hurdles and expenses that were not disclosed and were only discovered as I had to contact Hyundai Capital Finance and Kia Protect directly. I have cancelled my new purchase order as a result of this incompetence. Never had these issues when dealing when owned by New Roads Kia. More
Agitated mess of a service department I brought my 2017 forte in for there service department this past week for scheduled maintenance, when I arrived at service there were 3 advisors two I brought my 2017 forte in for there service department this past week for scheduled maintenance, when I arrived at service there were 3 advisors two of whom didn't appear to be working and told to wait for the last advisor, an older lady, getting my appointment into the computer was simple enough but was told it would be a few hours for regular service. When I asked about this I was told theyd lost most of there service technician staff, They didn't go into detail but having your staff quit seems on par with other service reviews I've read about management. Do not visit this service department. Take the extra time and go further for quality. More
Poorly managed service an bad customer service. . I bought a Kia Sportage from this dealer in November but I only got in possession of it in January 2017 next year. A few months later I called to make an appointment for the oil change but the dealer could not find any record of my purchase, neither had they recognized the car’s VIN number so I had to show them the purchase agreement. Making a service appointment with them proved to be a task near to impossible. In the end I succeeded to get my car in service, but again they could not find any record of my new car. Meanwhile Kia Newmarket ownership has changed and the location as well. Not long ago, I received a recall letter from KIA Canada, so I phoned the Newmarket dealer to make an appointment, and again, I went through the same hassle. In the end, I booked a service appointment but when I showed up with my car for service, they could not find any record of the booking neither my name or phone number or records of my car. The service front desk person was rather unfriendly and most of the time served me with lies to cover up their mishap. What happened next is beyond my comprehension. They took the car in service for 4 hours, then when I picked-up the car I’ve been told that nothing has been done because they run out of parts and after they will receive the parts I need to make another appointment. Overall my own experience with Kia Newmarket is bad. The service is poorly managed, service’s front desk personnel was rather unfriendly and dishonest. More

The entire staff at Kia of Newmarket were all so welcoming and made my experience absolutely amazing. Such a friendly, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would highly reccomend going to Kia of Newmarket! Also absolutely LOVE my kia forte, definitely made an amazing choice, all thanks to Rob and Adam for taking the time to help me find a vehicle that best fit all of my wants and needs! Big thanks to everyone at Kia of Newmarket for making my first car buying experience so easy and relaxing!! More
