Kia of Newmarket

I'll eventually be back for my second I moved away from newmarket a couple of years ago and come back every now and then to visit. This visit I got my first car. We originally went to NewRoads General Motors on young street and didn't find anything that quite suited for me. My grandmother then suggested the Kia dealership where Steve Nash used to be a General Manager. For any of you who never got the chance to know Steve I'm sorry, he was one of the kindest and greatest guys you'd ever get to meet. I grew up knowing and being friends with steve's sons growing up so i thought it was a great idea. Now usually experiences like this i would slightly drag my heals at because being around sales people drains me, I never know when their telling the truth and if the purchase will actually be worth it but from the moment I stepped on the lot a young gentleman named David took the time in walking around with my family and I giving us all the details and awnsers to any questions about any cars. He was patient, spacious, informative, and very respectful instantly changing my mood and making me genuinely interested. When we saw one we were interested in we went inside the show room to get a better look, and as soon as i walked into the actual dealership thats when i could feel it. It was like the presence of being around the Nash family again, good vibes, people laughing, and just a homey feeling. I'm now back around Blue Mountain with my new (slightly used) car and i feel like i have a little piece of home with me. Not only did it make me so happy to see the Kia dealership still linger with steves good spirits and kind personality but I got to leave with a little piece of home. Thank you kia of NewMarket for such a wonderful experience And thank you David and to the rest of the staff for your knowledge, manners, patience, and most of all for your honesty so i could leave with a car i really felt fit me. If your interested even in just looking at a car the kia dealership of NewMarket is the best place you'll go to. More

Our salesperson, Rob Shedlowich, was friendly, easy to speak with, very knowledgeable about the product, patient with all our questions and very willing to arrange test drives of the all the vehicles we were interested in. He was not pushy and very courteous and was a pleasant change from most other dealers we have visited. Jordan too, was easy to approach and answered any other questions we might have when Rob was not around. The dealership was able to find the vehicle we wanted within minutes and we picked up our new Rondo at a time convenient to us. The car was all ready on time and Rob went thru all the features with us. We both said that this vehicle purchase was the easiest and least stressful of any we have done! We felt we got more bang for our buck (Rondo EX Lux) than any of the other 9 vehicles of various makes and models that we looked at. More

my Kia experience Rob Shedlowich was very helpful and informative, he made time to connect with me even after regular work hours which made me feel like he cared. I shopped around and found Other dealers did not offer the same friendly service and greeting as Kia did. Other dealers were pushy and unhelpful whereas Kia and especially Rob Shedlowich was exceptional. It made purchasing a car more enjoyable and choosing a Kia made more sense. Sales Person Experience purchasing a Kia Soul Entered the showroom and was approached by Jennifer Newlove who asked if she could assist us in any way. We were looking to get product information an Entered the showroom and was approached by Jennifer Newlove who asked if she could assist us in any way. We were looking to get product information and pricing on a 2014 Kia Soul. In a relaxing environment Jennifer reviewed all of the various models and their standard equipment and features and was very knowledgeable without trying to influence in any way. Jennifer then asked if we would like to have test drive which we agreed to and after returned to the dealership where she asked if we had any further questions that she could help us with. Jennifer provided us with literature and pricing and encouraged us to contact her any time if we required further information or clarification. We discussed our experience and sent her an email for some clarification on the various models and quickly received a detailed response, We then returned to the dealership to meet with Jennifer test drove the vehicles again received a written quotation and returned home to finalize our decision. The following day we arranged an appointment with Jennifer and closed the deal. We both felt extremely comfortable dealing with Jennifer and did not feel intimidated at any time. We just picked up the vehicle today and Jennifer spent two hours demonstrating all of the technology in the vehicle and offered her contact information in the event that we had any difficulty at all.
