The Kia team didn't have a 'shark tank' mentality for customers and were all very friendly and accommodating. Friendly greeting right from the front door at the reception, felt welcome and not pressured at all. The team was very open and transparent and gave us a written estimate so that we could review and take away with us. Elaine was also very helpful and upfront, she honoured the monthly payment we had agreed upon even though the bank increased their rate the next day. The team worked great and seamlessly together to help us consider and purchase my new Rondo - KUDOS! More

Kia Sorento 2015 SX I have been looking for a SUV to replace the vehicle we had for about a year now. I would go in periodically to see and ask question try vehicles out I have been looking for a SUV to replace the vehicle we had for about a year now. I would go in periodically to see and ask question try vehicles out and go again and there was always a reason why I did not buy. One dealership that I went into the salesman told me that I was wasting his time but when you spend so much money on a vehicle you want to make sure its going to suite you. I was directed to NewRoads Kia in new Market by co-workers of mine that had bought a vehicles there and they where very happy and would go again so thought I would give them a chance. Started by sending emails because I live quite far and did not want to go in for nothing. Somehow Rob Shedlowich replied to me and answered everyone of my questions and I had many. I emailed him my list of things I wanted and of course tried to get as much as I could for the least money. After going back and forth on price and accessories that I wanted New Roads by far was the best deal. What I loved the most is the friendly atmosphere in the garage. I bought many vehicle in my life and never did I meet nicer people than there. At first they are so friendly that you doubt there sincerity but when the deal was complete and they honored everything they said they would do plus more you walk away happy with no feeling of being had. For my next car I will be going back to them and fight the good fight once more to replace my other vehicle but to be honest was not much a fight to get exactly what you want with no surprise so thank you very much Rob and see you in a few. More

Received a call one hour later with positive feedback in regards to the completion of the vehicle service. Paid for the service and received a free (well needed) car wash :). He explained to me all the details and helped me pick the perfect car. Knowing I was still going to go look at other dealers and cars he still treated me as a valuable customer and I loved the way he was able to joke around while also being serious. Blake made my experience of going through details of cars easy and the service at the Kia dealership itself was by far better than all the other dealerships I looked at throughout this process. More
