Mya called me to see if I was interested in a 2014 Sorento to replace my 2011 in December. After much discussion over approximately six weeks we were able to come to a mutually agreeable price. I first visited the dealership in mid-December. The experience was not very pleasant. The Sales Representative was not prepared at all, despite knowing in advance that I was coming in and the vehicle experience was not very pleasant. After viewing the vehicle, I left without any discussion on purchase price, etc. as I was not interested in giving the dealership my business. I re-visited the dealership at the end of December, but specifically asked to speak with a Sales Manager. Dealing with Rob Bruno was great. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism. This is the 6th vehicle that I’ve purchased from a dealer, and I can honestly say that my experience in dealing with Rob was second to none. He is first class, from getting the paperwork completed, having my vehicle ready for pick-up, getting my vehicle transported home, and other value-added service that is not necessarily mandated.
