Just took our new Kia Optima in for it's 1st oil change. After calling to inquire about the car I was quickly put through to Lazar and within minutes of talking to him I felt quite at ease talking with him. I had been looking for this car for over a year and had through to Lazar and within minutes of talking to him I felt quite at ease talking with him. After getting some details about my car a day was set for a test drive. After a two hour drive from my home I was greeted kindly and quickly realized that I could have dealt with any of the CSR's because they were so genuinely kind even after finding out that I would be purchasing from someone else which had not been experienced at other dealers. I was short on time on my first visit and Lazar was very understanding. Agreeing on a price was quick and trouble free and Lazar was great in facilitating my long distance purchase over the phone. The day I picked my car up went very well with everyone at Kia of Hamilton being extremely helpful and genuinely kind once again.
