Amazing experience did not get the pushy sales talk, very friendly staff. Mike was very informative about the car and any answer he didn't have for us he went and got the answer didn't try and make it sound friendly staff. I was having issues with the radio in my 2012 Kia Rondo that I had purchased on Jan 9th 2014. I stopped in to your service dept. and talked to Martha on Jan 24th. She told me to come in on Monday 27th to h that I had purchased on Jan 9th 2014. I stopped in to your service dept. and talked to Martha on Jan 24th. She told me to come in on Monday 27th to have it checked out. On arrival I was greeted in a very pleasant manner, asked to bring my car in, all my particulars were taken then I was asked to have a seat in your waiting area. Less than a half an hour later Martha came to tell me that the car was ready and the radio was replaced under warranty. I must say Martha is an asset in your service area. She was very helpful and friendly. More

I came in for a simple oil change. When i was handed the bill I told the service rep that my sales person quoted me a much cheaper price on oil changes when i purchased the car and this is why I came to the bill I told the service rep that my sales person quoted me a much cheaper price on oil changes when i purchased the car and this is why I came to the dealership instead of going to my regular licensed mechanic. She suggested I take it up with my sales person instead of looking into the matter for me. I did not do so because I do not like confrontation and I will not return to this dealership for any future service that is not covered under warranty. More
