I took the bus to Kia on Upper James to buy a new car. I was greeted by Anthony Aceti who made me feel welcome and comfortable. While Anthony was getting a Rio to test drive, I was greeted by Debbie Sguigna the General Manager who offered me something to drink. Debbie was surprise to hear that I had taken the bus to purchase a new car, and made arrangements to have someone drive me home after my visit regardless of purchasing a car. WOW! Talk about customer service!!! After the test drive I was sold and Anthony gave me a set of mats and tinted windows to confirm the deal. I wasn’t sure about the colour so Anthony and Debbie suggested the new colour “Midnight Sapphire” which looks good with my red hair! When my car was ready on June 13th, 2013 Anthony suggested he would come to my place or have someone pick me up since I had no car. I’ve been back to the dealership several times with questions and have been treated by friendly, helpful staff. I would highly recommend Anthony Aceti at Kia of Hamilton. From the minute I walked in the door Matt was very helpful and I felt he was on my side. He helped me get a great price on my new 2013 Kia sportage as well as an amazing price on my 2009 Audi A3. I bought a KIA Rio in November of 2012. Over the winter a seam between the front bumper and side of the car was separating. When I took the car in for service to the same place I bought it, but under a ne a seam between the front bumper and side of the car was separating. When I took the car in for service to the same place I bought it, but under a new dealer, I asked if this problem could be looked at. The service person only told me what I must have done to make this happen, (non of which was the case), and never provided me with a solution. I then decided to speak with the dealership in Hamilton, and told the General Sales Manager, Debra Anne Sguigna, about the problem. She spoke to her service manager, who said he would have a look at it. The appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and within 5 minutes a clip in the bumper was fixed! I was provided excellent service. All the personnel were friendly and accomodating. Despite living a farther distance from the Hamilton dealership, I will be dealing with it for service and future purchases. It's worth the drive to KIA of Hamilton!! More

We chose Kia after testing many other brands of SUV's. We found the vehicle very comfortable and so easy to drive and very sound proving was excellent. We went looking specifically for a vehicle we had seen online and when we arrived we met Mike P. He asked us a few questions and we gave him our "must have list" and then he told us there were only a few online and when we arrived we met Mike P. He was very knowledgable about the Kia vehicles on the lot and when he didn't know he went to consult with another Kia associate to make sure we got an answer that evening. We have been dealing with Kia for the past 8 month since we purchased a Kia Soul and when it was time to replace our Jeep there was no other dealership for us - we went straight to Kia for an SUV and we ended up purchasing a Sorento. Every member of the Kia Hamilton team make sure we were satisfied with our experience. Mike made sure that the car was ready when promised and didn't rush us out the door when the time came to have our final vehicle inspection and take delivery. I would recommend to anyone who asks me about my Kia to go and visit the folks at Kia of Hamilton and now I can tell them if they are looking for a sales person who is genuine and wants to make sure their experience is a memorable experience they need to visit Mike.
