I had a very positive experience buying my new (used) car at Kia of Hamilton. The manager,Jordan that I first met was friendly and welcoming, and introduced me to Mike Pizzuti who was my salesman. He listened to what I wanted and what my needs and limits were as well. He showed me cars I was interested in, came with me to test drive, and helped me narrow the field to the one I ultimately bought. He respected my need to shop more before making my decision, called me when he said he would, and welcomed me back. My car was still there when I returned. We discussed my feelings on other cars I had seen, looked at pros and cons, and off we went on another test drive. Now we both knew we were in the right car for me. A good and fair deal was struck, arrangements made with the lovely, honest friendly Dawn West on the financing and warranty end, and i was done. My vehicle was ready sparkling clean when promised, papers signed, car inspected, and I was the proud owner of a new car! It was an easy and positive experience, and I would recommend the team at Kia of Hamilton to anyone. More

I found the experience of buying my new Soul very good. Frank was very knowlegeable about the vehicle answered all questions and was not aggressive. I set out on this past Saturday with my mom to purchase two new SUVs.. We test drove at Kia and met mike and were impressed. But wAnted to look around. then at another dealership where we had a horrific ex two new SUVs.. We test drove at Kia and met mike and were impressed. But wAnted to look around. then at another dealership where we had a horrific experience and finally a third dealership that still left us wanting to go back and deal with mike, and so we did and both my mom and I purchased new 2014 Kia sorento s . We bought Saturday and were able to pick our new cars up together Tuesday night, and that's despite the fact that the dealership didn't have my colour on the lot. They didn't have my colour but they made it happen and quickly! We dealt with Dawn West for the financing portion of our experience and just like Mike she didn't disappoint. I would absolutely recommend the dealership and more importantly Mike, to people I know who are looking for not only a new car but a great experience! More
We visited the dealership early on a Saturday and met Mike. He was pleasant, knew the vehicles and listened to what we were saying. We had just started looking and told Mike so. We test drove the Sorento and both of us liked the car but wanted to see the Santa Fe's down the road. On the the test drive Mike pointed out details about the car to both of us. We left to go test drive the Santa Fe at the dealership down the street. The experience at Hyundai was horrible. We test drove both the Tucson and the Santa Fe and we found the Santa Fe comparable but wanted to see what our trade ins would be worth just to have an idea. With out our consent, with valuables left in my car I watched in shock as the sales person and someone else drove my car out of the dealership withour ever asking my premission. We started out that Saturday to purchase 2 SUV's, one for myself and one for my daughter but everyone except Mike assumed we were buying one. He listen, he didn't just talk. We went back to Kia that afternoon both I and my daughter bought brand new 2014 Sorento's. We met with Dawn to arrange our finanicing and went back on Tusday evening to pick up oue new cars. I enjoyed my KIA experience and all the friendly peolpe at this dealership that made us feel comfortabe. More

Both Mike and Chris we're personable and professional. I found Mike especially friendly and sincere in his manner. The sales team we're knowledgeable and responsive to our questions, negotia professional. I found Mike especially friendly and sincere in his manner. However, I'm disappointed in myself for not catching the $500 administration fee, which I feel is an extraneous cash grab. The car is beautiful and exactly what we we're looking for. More
