Finally had vehicle in for proper service appointment on December 4, 2013. A leak specialist was brought in who determined that there was in fact a leak. As I had worried from the start, there was mould growing inside of the vehicle. I was told that the leak was fixed and the mould was removed. The vehicle still stinks. When I asked what my next steps were, the service manager and assistant service manager were confused as to why I wanted anything more. I was sold a vehicle with mould in it! Case in point. As most of you know, mould is a terrible thing to come in contact with and is detrimental to one's health. I want my contract cancelled and the vehicle returned at no cost to myself, but I am being told that I cannot do this.
