I dealt primarily with John Selsek at Kia of Hamilton last week. Just wanted to say what exceptional people they have at Kia of Hamilton. I thought the entire process of buying a car was made very easy at Hamilton Kia.. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I would definately buy another car from them in the future. There was 2 things however that affected the overall experience for me though. I got winter tires and they put the summer tires in the back seat and when I got home the seats were wet. I told them I would pick them up in my truck but I guess they did not want them laying around or to get damaged. 2 thing is the car had less than half a tank of gas I thought it would be full but other than that excellent job by all staff. Although fairly new to the auto business, Justin has excellent product knowledge at his fingertips. His manner is friendly yet professional and nothing I asked him to do was too much trouble....even mea excellent product knowledge at his fingertips. Bonus was meeting and dealing with Mr Bill Martin acting as sales manager for the day - great guy, also highly professional and gets right to the point without being overly aggressive. After being with Kia since 2004 with our Sorento, my husband and I decided to visit Kia of Hamilton to take a look at what was out there. With the mind set of just going in and looking, Mike was able to listen to our needs and was able to help us pick out the perfect vehicle for our changing lifestyle. From the test drive to the final numbers Mike was able to answer all questions and concerns we had regarding our new purchase and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. At no time did we feel pressured and ended up buying a new 2012 Kia Rondo and got a great deal! Chris our business manager was also a very personable and honest person. He was able to up sell products that fit our needs and never pressured us once. We would not hesitate to recommend Kia of Hamilton to all of our family and friends. I have been in the market to purchase a new car for quite some time now. I've been to dealership upon dealership and have always left with the same unsatisfied feeling that I wasn't getting taken care of to some time now. I've been to dealership upon dealership and have always left with the same unsatisfied feeling that I wasn't getting taken care of to the best of their capability. I came into Kia of Hamilton expecting the same thing, but to my pleasant surprise it was much different. I felt very comfortable with Mike my sales rep. He was very helpful in helping me select my car for the needs I have, he didn't try to upsell me on anything because it did something I wasn't interested in. And when it came down to the numbers, Bill martin and Rob bruno were more than accomodating. They helped me out an outstanding amount. They crunched my numbers to make it more than affordable for me. If I ever choose to buy a new car again I will definitely come to Kia of hamilton. And I will recommend any friends or family not to waste any time and come right to kia of hamilton! More

Overall a great car buying experience. I felt that everybody I dealt with was honest and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want. I was very impressed with one thing that happened in particular. When I met with Bill to negotiate the price, he gave me great price, actually $500 less that I was even expecting. Then, I met with Dawn to sign the deal, and when I got home, I noticed that, due to an honest typo, I had signed to a price that did not account for that $500. I knew that I had signed agreeing to the price, so thought that's that, I'd have just have to eat the $500 because of my own negligence. I called Dawn, who dealt with it immediately and without any fuss, and gave me a new price with the $500 off. I was very impressed. Thanks Kia of Hamilton. More
