Frank came over and asked if he could help with any questions we might have regarding the Rondo and that led to a test drive and the purchase of our new 2014 Ronda. Went in on a rainy Monday Evening just wanting to get a better look at the KIA Soul. Talked with Anthony Aceti. Liked what I saw and liked the deals that were being offered. We took one out for a test drive, I was very impressed and my husband seemed quite impressed so when we left it was with intentions on possibly buying it. We went back up on Thursday evening to talk again. This time we talked to Rob Bruno and then to Dawn West After hearing what we would get for a trade in and the payment options we decided to go ahead and purchase it. I received a call from Dawn on Saturday morning to let me know that they managed to get my color preference. We went in on Monday evening to pick it up. I must say so far, I am loving it as are my kids. More

So far I love my new car. My purchasing experience had it's ups and downs. The dealership staff were very friendly and curtious. I recently visited Kia of Hamilton to trade in my 2010 Kia Soul for the new 2013 Kia Soul - i just love my "Kia Soul" and tell everyone about it. I should be doing commercials for Kia - I honestly love t Kia Soul for the new 2013 Kia Soul - i just love my "Kia Soul" and tell everyone about it. I should be doing commercials for Kia - I honestly love this car! I had purchased my previous Kia Soul at the Kia of Hamilton location, and have always been very pleased with the great service and friendly atmosphere. That is why I did not hesitate to return to the same location to upgrade my car. I dealt with a very warm and friendly Sales person by the name of Mike Pizzuti. I found Mike to be honest and fair, and a delight to deal with. He insisted we go for a test drive of the new 2013 Kia Soul, even though I said it wasn't necessary. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the new car, and show me all the new "gadgets" that come with the 2013 Soul. When I told him that I was ready to purchase the new 2013 Soul, we started to talk about prices, etc. Once we came to an agreement, he wanted to make sure I was okay and comfortable with it all, and I assured him I was. It made the whole experience worth while and I am so glad I decided to upgrade to the new model. I believe Mike is a great asset to their establishment, and they are fortunate to have him working there. Mike also contacted me shortly after I picked up my new car just too see how things were going the new car. Great service!! I have referred friends in the past, and will continue to refer friends in the future. More
