John was very helpful with the purchase of my new Kia Sorento. We had leased our last Sorento from Kia of Hamilton as it was our first experience with Kia. We contacted John via email about whether we could view one of the new ones and any possibility of getting out of the lease a few months early. He was very quick to respond, very helpful in drawing up the deal, and we had our beautiful new Sorento within 4 days of the initial email. John is a a no pressure, friendly salesman and I would recommend him and the Kia of Hamilton dealership. The price and quality of the vehicles is what brought us back. More

My fiance and I walked into Kia of Hamilton to have a look around with the idea of trading in my 2-door for a 4-door eventually. We were welcomed by John Selsek who was friendly and seemed genuine. He John gave us some ideas and options including his ability to locate and bring in any type of used vehicle we were interested in due to the companie's Car Nation network. John did not pressure us in any way and we felt he was very trustworthy. When we were ready to make a deal I emailed John to make sure he would be there when we visited ( we live up north ). John showed us several vehicles and he let us take as much time as we needed. We were able to haggle a bit on the price which made me feel like a champ when the deal was done. The finance person at the dealership offered but did not attempt to push any of the extras on me, I appreciate that. Part of the deal was that a block heater was to be installed on the car. Unfortunately I didn't notice that it was missing until I was back home with the new car. I emailed John and he was apologetic and said they'd rectify that the next time I was down. An honest mistake as it was just a verbal agreement at the time of sale. The next time we were down I emailed ahead of time and John had it taken care of for us. I have already recommended John and Kia of Hamilton to friends and will continue to do so. More

When i came to pick up the car both Dawn with all the forms and the offer the call if I needed anything and Mike's explanation on all the workings of the car itself made the experience a most pleasant one.
