Kia of Hamilton

I bought a KIA Rio in November of 2012. Over the winter a seam between the front bumper and side of the car was separating. When I took the car in for service to the same place I bought it, but under a ne a seam between the front bumper and side of the car was separating. When I took the car in for service to the same place I bought it, but under a new dealer, I asked if this problem could be looked at. The service person only told me what I must have done to make this happen, (non of which was the case), and never provided me with a solution. I then decided to speak with the dealership in Hamilton, and told the General Sales Manager, Debra Anne Sguigna, about the problem. She spoke to her service manager, who said he would have a look at it. The appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and within 5 minutes a clip in the bumper was fixed! I was provided excellent service. All the personnel were friendly and accomodating. Despite living a farther distance from the Hamilton dealership, I will be dealing with it for service and future purchases. It's worth the drive to KIA of Hamilton!! More

We needed a newer car and I found the Malibu on Auto Trader. Went to the dealership and met Frank. He was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We chose Kia after testing many other brands of SUV's. We found the vehicle very comfortable and so easy to drive and very sound proving was excellent. We went looking specifically for a vehicle we had seen online and when we arrived we met Mike P. He asked us a few questions and we gave him our "must have list" and then he told us there were only a few online and when we arrived we met Mike P. He was very knowledgable about the Kia vehicles on the lot and when he didn't know he went to consult with another Kia associate to make sure we got an answer that evening. We have been dealing with Kia for the past 8 month since we purchased a Kia Soul and when it was time to replace our Jeep there was no other dealership for us - we went straight to Kia for an SUV and we ended up purchasing a Sorento. Every member of the Kia Hamilton team make sure we were satisfied with our experience. Mike made sure that the car was ready when promised and didn't rush us out the door when the time came to have our final vehicle inspection and take delivery. I would recommend to anyone who asks me about my Kia to go and visit the folks at Kia of Hamilton and now I can tell them if they are looking for a sales person who is genuine and wants to make sure their experience is a memorable experience they need to visit Mike. Service was outstanding, I was very happy with how I was treated while I was there waiting on my vehicle. My only issue was that I was informed that I needed new tires on a used vehicle that I got last yea treated while I was there waiting on my vehicle. I was able to go home and research all of my options and was able to stay in contact with her by email. Mya responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and answered every question that I had. The experience I had (and continue to have) at Kia of Hamilton was exceptional and I would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a car to drop by and visit them. Called in the Morning & was told they could fit me in that afternoon for service. In for oil change , but noted brakes needed servicing. Service done in a timely fashion. Martha was very cheerful & handled my situation in a prompt & professional manner. I also mentioned in passing that I had a couple of major stone chips on my hood. Martha asked the detailer to look at it & he fixed the two chips before I left. (no charge) . I didn't catch his name , but he was very quick in getting the appropriate colour match & it took him only a couple of minutes. I was very impressed that I was able to get in that afternoon & get everything done in a prompt manner & reasonable pricing. Doug Gray More
