The salesperson, Matt Garofalo, was friendly, pleasant to deal with and professional. I never felt any pressure to buy. We took the car out for a test drive and I did not immediately decide to buy the car but opted to test drive another car at another dealership. I returned the next day to inform Matt that I preferred the VW from Kia and we proceeded to make a deal that was very satisfactory to me. The car was ready for pick up the next day and I am please with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. More

stereo replacement bad receiption and blue tooth not working and whole unit went black. had unit replaced even though after service looked into it they said reception wa bad receiption and blue tooth not working and whole unit went black. had unit replaced even though after service looked into it they said reception was fine. new unit is better but still not what I call good reception, looking into now paying for an antenna booster through 3rd party stereo shop which is odd as I haven't had to do this with any new car in the last 20 years.
