We came into the dealership to check out a specific vehicle, as we had already narrowed down our choice of a new vehicle. We met Mya and arranged to test drive a used (but close to new) Kia Rondo. My vehicle, as we had already narrowed down our choice of a new vehicle. We met Mya and arranged to test drive a used (but close to new) Kia Rondo. Mya's friendliness and attitude made the process an easy one. We met Jordan when we began to discuss price and between them, Mya and Jordan came up with a good price for the car. Very friendly and always approachable..seems like a family orientated workplace. We witnessed people coming in and saying hi to everyone as it was a family atmosphere,obviously seemed that the customer family orientated workplace. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the products carried at the dealership. He was very friendly and at no point in time did I feel pressured into making a decision that I was not comfortable with. I always bring my Sorento to the main dealer for servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/ye servicing and always have a good experience. 9 times out of 10 the service is done while I wait and the only repair I have needed (I do 50,000km/year so wear/tear is high) was also completed within 90 minutes and covered by the warranty. I was in the market for a used car and after looking online, decided to go to KIA of Hamilton as they appeared to have a good selection of used vehicles to choose from. Mya came to help my wife and I l online, decided to go to KIA of Hamilton as they appeared to have a good selection of used vehicles to choose from. Mya came to help my wife and I look for a car. We let her know what our budget was and Mya was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle that fit our needs and was within our budget. I believe we purchased a vehicle with an hour of being on the lot. Maya's friendliness, knowledge and dedication made our purchase and experience a piece of cake. A followup call a few days later from Mya to see how everything was, was a nice touch. It's nice to know that as soon as your out the door you're not forgotten. I am happy with the vehicle, happy with the price I paid, happy with my sales consultant and happy with the overall experience dealing with KIA of Hamilton. I recommend Mya and KIA to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
