Compared to other dealerships we had visited, including Hyundai, Toyota, Mazda and Honda, we felt that KIA did not put the pressure on us to make a hasty decision. When we spoke about comparable cars (ex. the Forte vs. the Honda Civic), the staff spoke of the positives of both vehicles to help us make and informed decision. We had a great experience with our sales representative (Jason Enders), as we test drove several different KIA models. Jason had a no pressure approach and did everything in his power to get us a deal that worked within our price range. Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as we put him through the ringer with dozens of questions and concerns. In the end, he helped us think about our future, and the potential shortcomings we may experience in a smaller vehicle, and he recommended a test drive in the KIA Optima. In the end, we drove home in a KIA Optima and the car has been wonderful. I strongly recommend that anyone in the market for a new car consider KIA, but specifically this dealership. I for one am not very knowledgeable regarding cars, but the employees at KIA of Hamilton take the time to address all questions, and will get you in a new car for a great price. More
