Empowering Experience After a great deal of prompting, I finally gathered up the courage to go to purchase my first car. I was so nervous I couldn't even eat that morning, plus I had no idea what the bank would approve for me. The transaction was quick but amazing. I got all the information I needed from John and Mike to make a proper decision and the support I needed to feel capable and confident enough to make it. It is clear that both Mike and John are very busy nonetheless, they make every effort to incorporate and extend the very best pillars of customer service. When I came to pick my car up, it was gorgeous. Cleaned up as if it was brand new and just BEAUTIFUL! My children and I loved it. It was all that we wanted and more and before we left, Mike made sure I was familiar with all that the car could do. We drove it all the way to the US on half a tank of gas!!!! A dream of a car. A few days after we bought our car, we crashed into a truck tire in the middle of the highway.
