I showed Mya my write up of the research I conducted regarding the KIA Sportage EX-Luxury and she was very supportive of the details I wanted in the SUV and provided me with advice as to what model was the best choice for me when it came to the interior details I wanted. I was able to test drive the vehicle and she assisted me with showing me how to operate the vehicle. She's knowledgeable, smart and knows what she is talking about. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed during the process she was patient and kind. I would defiantly recommend this dealership and sales rep to family and friends. I love my new SUV and thank you Kia! More

Joe was very helpful and took the time to explain to us our options, show us the vehicle, take us for a test drive. We were able to negotiate a trade-in that was very satisfactory and got our new car within a day! The staff was very friendly and able to work within our needs and budget. We are very happy with our new Kia. The only "down" part is that we were not aware that new vehicles do not come with a spare tire in case of a flat tire, only when we got home we found that out. More

My New Sportage SX My journey began when I first saw the Kia Sportage SX AWD Turbo sitting in a gas station parking lot. I really liked the way that it stood out and it My journey began when I first saw the Kia Sportage SX AWD Turbo sitting in a gas station parking lot. I really liked the way that it stood out and it's European styling appealed to me. I first met Nicole at the dealer and began looking at various cars and options. She was able to help me weed out the various models based on features that I needed, such as a towing package. Considering my no b.s. attitude and my sarcastic sense of humour, I found it very enjoyable that she was able to be down to earth and explain everything in detail, even when I was running through everything with a fine tooth comb and driving a tough negotiation. In the end, we arrived at a great deal and I acquired the Sportage that I had been looking for. I went for gently used over new, and learned a lot in the process. Nicole was a sweetheart and great salesperson who I would easily recommend to a friend or personally visit again for my next vehicle. Thanks again! More
