He was texting and answering my questions at 10 pm on a Friday night. In person Steve is even more outstanding, he was able to help us very well and sell another car simultaneously. Our kids made for two chaotic visits but we were accommodated very nicely with the kids entertainment corner, treats, and colouring books. Mike even watched our kids at one point and cleaned up a hot chocolate spill. Melissa was also very friendly and patient with us and our children as we worked through the paper work. A very positive environment I recently purchased a BMW X3 that was traded into the KIA of Hamilton dealership. Steve made the experience very comfortable. There are sales reps out there who don't even let you "step on it" to properly test drive a car, and yet are very pushy with trying to sell what they barely let you test out. Steve was definitely not like that. I would definitely recommend him. More
