Our first new car The employees at KIA of Hamilton were extremely helpful when my wife and I were buying our first new car. Compared to other dealerships we had visite The employees at KIA of Hamilton were extremely helpful when my wife and I were buying our first new car. Compared to other dealerships we had visited, including Hyundai, Toyota, Mazda and Honda, we felt that KIA did not put the pressure on us to make a hasty decision. When we spoke about comparable cars (ex. the Forte vs. the Honda Civic), the staff spoke of the positives of both vehicles to help us make and informed decision. We had a great experience with our sales representative (Jason Enders), as we test drove several different KIA models. Jason had a no pressure approach and did everything in his power to get us a deal that worked within our price range. Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as we put him through the ringer with dozens of questions and concerns. In the end, he helped us think about our future, and the potential shortcomings we may experience in a smaller vehicle, and he recommended a test drive in the KIA Optima. In the end, we drove home in a KIA Optima and the car has been wonderful. I strongly recommend that anyone in the market for a new car consider KIA, but specifically this dealership. I for one am not very knowledgeable regarding cars, but the employees at KIA of Hamilton take the time to address all questions, and will get you in a new car for a great price. More

Joe was awesome!! I went in and applied for a new Kia Soul and I was unable to get it as I needed a co-signer I do not have anyone to help me. That was on a Saturday and on the Tuesday Joe called me and got me approved on a 2011. I had a car that was not running very well and needed a vehicle to take my kids to their Dad's and appointments. Great experience Optima 2014. Buying my Kia from John and the Kia dealership on Upper James was great. Great salesman to deal with. He's not pushy at all, unlike my Optima 2014. Not a single complaint From the minute we walked through the door until we signed the sales agreement, we were treated like every new car shopper wants to be treated. Matt Garofalo made this purchase experience easy and enjoyable. We had shopped around for a while and had looked at Mazda 6, Nissan Altima, Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata, Chevy Cruze, Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200. In the final stages of our selection process, we had a very tough choice between a Hyundai Sonata and the Kia Optima. The vehicles were very similar. Matt helped us decide without saying negative things about the competitor's vehicle. There was never any pressure which has not been our experience in past new vehicle purchases. Refreshing! Our questions were answered quickly. Our concerns were addressed and we felt that we were always treated honestly. It took us a week to make up our minds and Matt didnt contact us at all unless we contacted him first. No pressure sales tactics. The Honda salesman has contacted us twice...even after we told him that we werent interested and that we had purchased elsewhere! We traded in a fairly new vehicle and we were compensated very fairly for our trade-in. We decided on the Kia Optima EX and are extremely pleased. The vehicle is ridiculously well-equipped for the price and the value is extremely high in our comparisons. The Kia warranty is the best we have ever seen. Low interest financing was another deciding factor. The upgrade sales and financing experience with Ali Makki was also pleasurable. Another first in our experience. No pressure and the extended warranty that, if unused, is transferrable to another Kia purchase....another extended warranty on a new Kia...or as an outright refund should we purchase our next vehicle from another dealership....Kia, or competitor...is an industry leading offer! Too easy! Pay for some extended peace of mind and get it back if you dont need it. Brilliant! Thank you Matt and Ali for making our Optima purchase experience a total pleasure!
