Wonderful Service Yet Again I have had nothing but great service from this dealership since I have owned my 2011 Kia Soul. I dealt with Martha this time and she is terrific. My New Sportage SX My journey began when I first saw the Kia Sportage SX AWD Turbo sitting in a gas station parking lot. I really liked the way that it stood out and it My journey began when I first saw the Kia Sportage SX AWD Turbo sitting in a gas station parking lot. I really liked the way that it stood out and it's European styling appealed to me. I first met Nicole at the dealer and began looking at various cars and options. She was able to help me weed out the various models based on features that I needed, such as a towing package. Considering my no b.s. attitude and my sarcastic sense of humour, I found it very enjoyable that she was able to be down to earth and explain everything in detail, even when I was running through everything with a fine tooth comb and driving a tough negotiation. In the end, we arrived at a great deal and I acquired the Sportage that I had been looking for. I went for gently used over new, and learned a lot in the process. Nicole was a sweetheart and great salesperson who I would easily recommend to a friend or personally visit again for my next vehicle. Thanks again! More

My salesperson, Jason Enders, made this purchase the most pleasurable one I have ever had. He was personable and knowledgeable and I felt he was totally focussed on trying to reach a deal that I would be happy with. This he accomplished with ease. let down i wanted to buy a kia i really new what i wanted and went in and told the sales man what i wanted and what add ons i wanted.. then the sales man tried i wanted to buy a kia i really new what i wanted and went in and told the sales man what i wanted and what add ons i wanted.. then the sales man tried down grading me in to something i did not want, as far as in concerned not good. any way he had to order the suv i wanted when it cam in he called me and left a voice mail for me telling me my suv was in and it came in with a sun roof tilt and telescopic steering. i went to pick it up and no sun roof and no telescopic steering, i really don't no why the sales man mike pizzuti would say to me when i asked him were the sun roof was, my bad what is that ...lol any way i like my kia suv and most likely buy another one with another sales man. More
