There was a service issue after delivery, and the sales person and service manager took care of my problem to my total satisfaction. That is the test of a good place: how they deal with problems, and they scored 100%. I had been shopping for about 18 months for this particular model of car, and their net price (difference between my trade-in value and their price of new car) was by far the best deal I was offered. I would recommend that you call Nicole if you're looking for a new or used car. She is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. More

I was able to test drive the vehicle and she assisted me with showing me how to operate the vehicle. She's knowledgeable, smart and knows what she is talking about. We were able to negotiate a trade-in that was very satisfactory and got our new car within a day! The staff was very friendly and able to work within our needs and budget. We are very happy with our new Kia. The only "down" part is that we were not aware that new vehicles do not come with a spare tire in case of a flat tire, only when we got home we found that out. More
