Always wanting a new car for a long time, Jacob Braun came over to talk to me, gave me the information on the car that I liked. Came home, then called back and made appointment for a test drive. This was all on Saturday. I then met with Alex Razvodov, regarding the price of the car, then met with Chris Haverland regarding my finances. Everything worked like a dream, except the colour I wanted wasn't there but would be there soon.. Today, Tuesday, I drove home in my RED Kia Rio , and made 3 new friends. It is so important when you are making a large purchase that you feel good in the end. I couldn't feel any happier than I am right now. So thanks, Jacob, Alex and Chris, plus all the other staff for making me feel special. More

Wonderful First Time Car Buying Experience I first saw the Kia store in Tsawwassen Mills and was given Brock's card to contact him to inquire about the Kia Niro, which I had my eye on for a lit I first saw the Kia store in Tsawwassen Mills and was given Brock's card to contact him to inquire about the Kia Niro, which I had my eye on for a little while now. Brock replied back quickly and put me in touch with Jacob who contacted me right away to book a test drive. Jacob was very accommodating as I changed my test drive a few times, and was friendly throughout. Once meeting Jacob, all worries about pushy car salesmen vanished (as I was very nervous about this, being a first time car buyer). Jacob was absolutely wonderful. He was very informative and helped me understand the differences between the the different Niro models. He was also very patient with me, as I asked my questions and even encouraged me to go home and think about the car and to come back again if I liked the car & I never felt pressured. My second time coming back, Jacob took me through more safety features of the car and spent time telling my Dad all of this too, as he had not come the first time. I was set on getting the base model & not once did Jacob make me feel pressured to upgrade my model, but after having him explain the differences between the L model and the EX, I actually decided to upgrade, which I am very happy about & I'm glad he took the time to fill me in on the extra features. My dad was able to find a slightly cheaper price on this car elsewhere, but after getting such great service from Jacob I just had to get the car from him, because of all the time and effort and NO pressure he put on me, making my first time buying a car such a greater experience than I imagined. More

After a number of test drives of compact SUVs we decided that the vehicle for us was a KIA Sportage. After getting pricing and trade numbers from the Applewood KIA dealership in Langley, which was a total nightmare due to all the games and pressure tactics we decided to give Richmond KIA a try. Richmond had the colour and trim level we wanted so the chances of a sale were high. We met a salesman named Jack, it was evident that he was new, but he was friendly and pleasant to deal with. We told Jack that we had shopped around and gotten numbers elsewhere and knew what we wanted and what we would take for our trade. We told Jack that if he and his manager had a solid offer we would buy from them. Jack came back with numbers that we felt were fair. We also got a couple of perks thrown in which sweetened the deal for us. The reason we're not giving full stars is because the dealership seems really disorganized. We arrived at 4:45pm and had pretty well come to a deal by about 5:10pm, but did not end up leaving in our new car until around 9:30pm. It was clear that many of the other people working there were new and hadn't quite hit their stride yet. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I would recommend this dealership to my friends if they wanted a KIA. More
