When I arrived Richmond Kia, sales person Jacob Braun welcomed me and answered my questions ; Jacob is a very nice rep. very knowledgeable on his products and not pushy. He helped me to choose the car that suited my requirements. Soul hatchback has lots cool features that I am not familiar with. Jacob was very patient to explain the features in details , my husband and I were happy with the test drive. Jacob did spend time to explain the car features in great details 2 days after I purchased Soul. He is a wonderful sales person I ever met, great thanks to Jacob’s help. Speechless by their absolute elite customer service, I've dealt with Chris, Jacob and Alex. I don't know why anyone wouldn't buy a car with these folks, I'm freshly surprised with the level of service an I've dealt with Chris, Jacob and Alex. I don't know why anyone wouldn't buy a car with these folks, I'm freshly surprised with the level of service and what Kia as a manufacturer offers compared to all the other dealerships. I've been a customer to Porsche, BMW, Mercedez, Volvo, and Honda. This place instills genuine sales approach and flawless process to a point they took care of my lease car. This is the very type that should be benchmarked to hyped and overpriced car manufactures and dealers globally. I had a bit of initial struggle to decide whether to go with sienna at Toyota or any other comparable full sized vans/SUVs but I must say Sedona was absolutely a great purchase and I'm loving every bit of this masterpiece and the deal that's been offered. Further during the final documentation work, Chris was nice enough give me a detailed explanation on how I can even improve my credit score and Alex for wavering brokerage fee and being very open during the sales discount process. That is just a very excellent wow factor that I have not seen in any sales or service in a decade which should be practiced by other companies as well. It is a shame that high end car dealership service I would score below 5 outta 10. I'm giving these guys 10/10. At the final stage, Jacob just made another home run in servicing by taking time to give me a full tutorial on my new sedona and not rushing his way. I would also note that he was not pushy at all during the sales process. I would refer these guys no problem and trust that my referral would be appreciated. I have already to my family and chances are they will go there when it's time to buy the car. If I would be able to broadcast this message to entire Vancouver I would. Kia Stinger - Ferrari red! Wow had the real pleasure of meeting Ali Khataw last month. My girlfriend and I were car shopping for the day and as it turned out, saved the best for Wow had the real pleasure of meeting Ali Khataw last month. My girlfriend and I were car shopping for the day and as it turned out, saved the best for last. I was very interested in the new Kia Stinger and as we arrived, I saw a great looking white Stinger parked right in front of the entrance. As I was checking it out, a gentleman appeared and told me that this was actually his own vehicle and that he purchased it a few weeks ago. I apologized and said I thought was available for sale but the man was very cordial and said it was no problem because in addition to being a recent customer, he loved the car so much that he became a recent employee as well! He even told us it was his first day on the job! Lol. I was a bit incredulous, but he invited us inside and offered us coffee or water and began to guide us through the dealership, it really was his first day on the job! He introduced himself as Ali Khataw and what began was a wonderful, comfortable and totally enjoyable experience, that eventually led to his first sale, as we could not resist the "Ferrari Red" Stinger parked in the back! Lol, After the test drive and feeling the full 365 horsepower, it was a no brainer. Not to mention being designed by a former Audi designer and engineered by a former BMW M series engineer! Thanks again Ali! You are a rarity; an effective, informative salesman, but completely laid back and genuine. No gimmicks, nothing fancy, but very knowledgeable and caring. He shows that he truly cares about the customer's total experience, and is truly passionate about the KIA brand - especially the new Stinger. What an awesome ride! God Bless More
