Try to help you get what you really want. First time purchasing the car, and everything from visiting to test drive to contract to driving the car home was completed in 4 days. Best service ever. Phoned the Service Department late Saturday afternoon to ask for help with a shattered driver's window. Was informed by Harry that if we could get there before 6 pm he could help us out by putting the 2015 Kia Soul in their shop over the weekend to protect it and would arrange for a loaner. I should mention, it was raining heavily? We mentioned it would be impossible to make it in time so he offered his personal cellular number. and said to call him at home and he would meet us at the Service Centre on Sunday even though it was closed and it was his day off. We called Sunday noon, he met us and made arrangements for the car to be repaired on Monday and gave us a choice of loaner to use. When we mentioned there were a couple of little scratches here and there and we needed a little touch-up paint bottle he offered to do it for us. He was more than accommodating and most affable. What a great ambassador for this dealership and brand. I'd buy my next vehicle and definitely will get all my service work done at Richmond Kia. Thank you Harry. More

I went there on a whim and it was by far the best experience I had had thus far. I had looked at 3 other 2008 Volkswagen Golf's, and this one was by far in the best condition. The people I associated with at Kia Richmond were very friendly, accommodating, transparent and I felt the most at ease here than any of the other dealerships or private sales I had been to. Over all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'm glad that I found the right place and the right people to help me find what I wanted. More
