Said he could take it for a drive when he bought it!! He had a friend with him who witnessed the whole thing. When I phoned the dealership it was a different story so I went along and we took the truck for a test drive and did buy it; only because there was no other truck of the same kind available. They said the truck would be detailed which it wasn't when we went back to pick it up. They seemed to feel that because the family member was young they could do whatever they liked. On the test drive family member said the truck was pulling to the left; salesman said it was probably nothing. After a couple of weeks the truck was pulling still when family member phoned the dealership it was a hassle to get them to agree to repaid the truck - it needed a wheel alignment. I feel they should have had this fixed prior to putting it on the lot for sale. I would never recommend this place and once we get our free oil change and get the truck re-detailed we'll never go back. More

They have helped me in getting the best possible price and financial terms for my Mustang. Joel has always informed me the status of my car while I was waiting on its arrival. Gurj even managed to find me a better financial institution and terms upon the completion of the deal. Of course, a fairly substantial discount package was offer from both of them. Overall, the whole purchasing experience was very very positive and I definitely would recommend to any one who is in the market of buy a vehicle. I was paired up with a great salesperson (Lino Corcuera) and was able to clearly/easily/quickly work out a price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Upon delivery (the vehicle I wanted was on a holding lot) we noticed a scratch which was brought back soon after and buffed out, no problems whatsoever. The sales manager Joel was an easy manager to work with, always accessible, and always prompt in returning telephone calls. The customer care manager Megan did a fantastic job and was able to get me met up with everyone I needed to meet very quickly. I can't comment on financing department as my transaction was strictly a cash+trade offer, but if they're even half as competent as the rest of the people I worked with to get this vehicle, you will have a very very positive experience. Finally, if you need a salesperson, see Lino Corcuera. I find with most things if you communicate clearly what it is exactly you want and what you have to offer in return, your experience will be all the more positive. Lino was more than fair, very straightforward, and very helpful in getting me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I need a Hybrid I had previously purchased a brand new 2009 Ford Escape back in 2008 from Lino at Key West ford and have been very happy. In 2010 I purchased a 2010 K I had previously purchased a brand new 2009 Ford Escape back in 2008 from Lino at Key West ford and have been very happy. In 2010 I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte from a dealer in Penticton for work, but over the years I was not happy with its performance and mileage. I wanted an alternative, so we started looking at Hybrids and electric cars. The Ford Fusion was the first we looked at and they had a 2014 that we could see. I continued on looking at other models of hybrids and electric cars. but always kept coming back to the Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. In November I factory ordered the car that I wanted and it was delivered in February. Something I would recommend doing if your not in a hurry for a new car as you can order exactly what you want and not take what they have in stock. Lino was my sales guy for the first purchase along with my Hybrid. and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. Buying a car is not a fun experience but Lino and his crew make it less painful. BTW they have great popcorn too... More

I felt that "A VIP Day Deal" might be a good opportunity to find a replacement car for us after drive a Fusion over five years. So, I made an appointment over the phone a day before. Next, we came to across a warm and friendly welcome upon step into the main hall. Then, a sales manager, Joel, came out to greet us and figure out what we need in general and recommend a sales rep. who could communicate well with us . At first, my wife and I got a little surprised of a bright, calm and friendly young man in front us. Then, his professional service and knowledge of the car win our trust just in a few minutes when we get into the vehicle . His skill of facilitation let our focus on both the technical and convenience feature of the tested vehicle, which was beyond our expectation after a short test drive. The following purchasing process started in the late evening and completed around 10pm, an hour after the dealer's office hour. Raymond, his sales manager Joel , and other involved staff showed great patience and considerations during the process. Their efforts, especially Raymond's, finally got a payoff with a deal. Just like my wife put it to the sales manager, if it's not had Raymond at that day, we most not likely to buy a SUV after driving a sedan for years. We are very appreciate his efforts and help in the next following week to made us feel confidence in the brand new vehicle and hope keep its serviced by Key West Ford in the following driving years. Bought a C-Max Hybrid off Key West Ford. We really liked Jennifer, the salesperson. She was new so we knew she wouldn't know everything about the car. I shopped around and KW seemed to have the best internet prices. First we test drove the Energi but decided the Hybrid was the car for us. Test drove it and bought it that day. Jennifer was thorough in loading the nav card and making sure everything was ready and clean. She even offered to sync my phone. My dealings with Key West went sour when I found a dealer advertised internet price for $500 less than I paid. To make a long story short, the assistant manager Cam called me and stated that it was a "previous month promotion" (xx: nothing stated this on the ad, and the website price I paid was a "previous month promotion" I bought the car on March 1 and I got the February price) and that they had given us too much for our trade in (relevance?) I was made to feel that I should be happy with the great deal I got already. I was in sales for a lot of years. Integrity means standing by your ads and being honest with your customers. A few days after the sale I got a ridiculous email from "Dacey" telling me that Key West builds relationships with customers on a "foundation of trust". More

I received gentle reminders from Key West Ford via email or mail to remind me that my vehicle is due for service. Making an appointment was easy and when we dropped off the truck we were offered a courtesy lift while we the vehicle was being serviced. The vehicle was ready on time as promised, which means a lot to me as I schedule my day with 3 kids. My vehicle service was explained to me, my vehicle was given a report card so I am clear on what issues may arise sooner than later. My vehicle was washed and the inside dash wiped down. The price was awesome, and everything that my vehicle needed (oil change, tire rotation, inspection and fluids topped up) was done. It makes me feel comfortable to know that genuine Ford parts are used in my Ford. I have another vehicle (Korean brand) and although the service there is good, it doesn't compare to Key West Ford. I highly recommend them for your next purchase of your vehicle. They have a huge lot, Dave H. in sales is awesome, Bonnie in the Business office will get you best rates, and then you are left with the amazing Service Staff. I highly recommend Key West Ford! and Ford F150 is pretty awesome too. More
