2014 Mustang Coupe I had been thinking about buying a new Mustang for some time. I met Michael Noyes and he answered my questions and showed me a few Mustangs that fit my criteria. It just so happened to be the day before my birthday .. what a good excuse to buy a new car! He introduced me to Chris De Wilde, and he came up with a fair trade in for my old vehicle and I was driving away in my brand new Mustang within a few hours. ... Happy I called Key West Ford Last week I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex limited at Key West Ford. I was dumbfounded by the ease in which I purchased the vehicle and bought "UP" from Last week I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex limited at Key West Ford. I was dumbfounded by the ease in which I purchased the vehicle and bought "UP" from the Ford Flex SELs that were difficult to find on Vancouver Island. After two weeks of trying to find a 2013 model here, I located one online @ Key West Ford. I telephoned the dealership and spoke with Michael Nokes, a very congenial young man. We spoke at great lengths about their vehicle and he sent me further photos for the vehicle. I soon realized that with my trade it would be difficult to purchase "UP," and told him so. I then spoke with Kamran Sobhani. Mr. Sobhani worked very hard to satisfy me with a price that would fit within my budget, allotting generously for my trade. Before long, after I sent photos of my trade, we had a deal over the phone and I made a deposit (contingent on seeing my trade and me seeing their vehicle ). I don' believe I have ever enjoyed "The Closing" as much as I did with Mr. Sobhani. No stress, funny, and gratifying. I went to Key west Ford the following morning, meeting with Michael and Kamran for the first time. Within two hours, without any further bargaining and all papers signed, I caught the ferry back to Vancouver Island In my 2013 Ford Flex. What a total satisfying experience! I will definitely call these guys first when I purchase another vehicle. More

I had done extension research on the internet for a Ford Fusion and found KeyWEST had the best inventory and prices.We recently took a trip to Banff,Alberta and the car performed very well and the mileage was excellent 11 kilometres per lire.Ford Mytouch/GPS was fantastic and makes driving very enjoyable and I use every excuse I can to go driving. Said he could take it for a drive when he bought it!! He had a friend with him who witnessed the whole thing. When I phoned the dealership it was a different story so I went along and we took the truck for a test drive and did buy it; only because there was no other truck of the same kind available. They said the truck would be detailed which it wasn't when we went back to pick it up. They seemed to feel that because the family member was young they could do whatever they liked. On the test drive family member said the truck was pulling to the left; salesman said it was probably nothing. After a couple of weeks the truck was pulling still when family member phoned the dealership it was a hassle to get them to agree to repaid the truck - it needed a wheel alignment. I feel they should have had this fixed prior to putting it on the lot for sale. I would never recommend this place and once we get our free oil change and get the truck re-detailed we'll never go back. More

The Keywest Ford staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the business manager Joel and Gurj. They have helped me in getting the best possible price and financial terms for my Mustang. Joel has always informed me the status of my car while I was waiting on its arrival. Gurj even managed to find me a better financial institution and terms upon the completion of the deal. Of course, a fairly substantial discount package was offer from both of them. Overall, the whole purchasing experience was very very positive and I definitely would recommend to any one who is in the market of buy a vehicle. I was paired up with a great salesperson (Lino Corcuera) and was able to clearly/easily/quickly work out a price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Upon delivery (the vehicle I wanted was on a holding lot) we noticed a scratch which was brought back soon after and buffed out, no problems whatsoever. The sales manager Joel was an easy manager to work with, always accessible, and always prompt in returning telephone calls. The customer care manager Megan did a fantastic job and was able to get me met up with everyone I needed to meet very quickly. I can't comment on financing department as my transaction was strictly a cash+trade offer, but if they're even half as competent as the rest of the people I worked with to get this vehicle, you will have a very very positive experience. Finally, if you need a salesperson, see Lino Corcuera. I find with most things if you communicate clearly what it is exactly you want and what you have to offer in return, your experience will be all the more positive. Lino was more than fair, very straightforward, and very helpful in getting me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. He was also quite helpful in helping me get some accessories I wanted for my vehicle, got everything scheduled up and sorted out. A 10 out of 10 purchase, would buy from again. More
