top notch service I found a Ford Transit for sale on craigslist that was being sold by Dillon. I made an appointment with him to see it, and one other one. He warned me I found a Ford Transit for sale on craigslist that was being sold by Dillon. I made an appointment with him to see it, and one other one. He warned me that there were people there viewing the transits but I decided to drive down anyways, and to my luck, both of them were sold while I was on my way. Dillon told me that he expected to get another one in the next week and that he would call me when he got it. He called me the following week like he promised and I went in to see the car. We ended up making a deal and he was going to have the car ready for me to pick up in a few days. I had to drop the car off for service shortly after buying it to have an idle problem fixed. The service department did not do a good job dealing with the issue for me, so when Dillon called me to see how I was enjoying the car, I complained to him about the service department and he took it upon himself to expedite the repairs and he directly dealt with the service managers so I didn't have to. He even got me a large vehicle to use during the time my Transit was in the shop (I use the Transit for work). He went above and beyond any expectations I had for which I'm very grateful. A smooth and stress free experience Our salesman, Nathan Wohl, knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in which made it easy to answer al our questions. he was patient with Our salesman, Nathan Wohl, knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in which made it easy to answer al our questions. he was patient with us as we went through the decision making process. Once we decided to buy and agreed on a price. we transitioned to the finance department and Gurj was very informative and helpful, and also patient, then we moved to the insurance guy who was quick and efficient in getting the insurance transferred. What impressed me most was after the sale was complete, the entire team we dealt with continued to answer our questions, help us transfer our stuff to the new car, and took the time to show us how ever single feature worked, which there was a lot of them. and again after the deal was done and we were leaving the dealership, my wife noticed they were giving away free pots and pans for new car purchases, our car was a year old. but the sales manager Wes Upton overheard her and said he would love to give her a set of new pots and pans, I think she was more exited about that than getting the car. he friendliness and the friendliness of everyone we dealt with has set a new standard for car dealers and car salesmen everywhere.
