Our salesman Ryan Leverette and the financial "Guru" Gerard were absolutely top notch! We had a bit of a particular financial case to resolve but this did not even phase them! Were had all the financing taken care of and all our question answered right away and were able to drive away in our new truck right away!! Ryan continued to follow up with us after the purchase to ensure that everything was perfect and to provide some needed web resources on the operation of the Sync setup! Great job guys! Purchase of a 2015 Focus ST I went to Key West to view a 2014 ST they had on the lot that I talked about with Jag prior to attending the dealership. Jag was very friendly and eager to let me take the ST for a drive. I thoroughly enjoyed the drive and knew I wanted one. Coming from a Honda background, I was skeptical of the new Ford's but once I drove the vehicle I knew the quality and performance had vastly improved. After talking it over with Jag I decided to look at the 2015 in the showroom. Due to the finance rates and overall liking the 2015 better I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the 2015. Jag made it very easy and streamlined the process for me, and was also able to get me the payments that worked for me and took great interest in my overall decision. Ford Fusion Energi Plug in Hybrid After years of being a Honda only driver I found myself considering a Ford Fusion Energi which is a plug in hybrid car. When I searched my local Ford dealership they did not stock even one! I did an auto trader search and Key West Ford had three on the lot. It was there that I met Ryan Leverette and he walked me through their buying process, discounts, promotions, rebates and trade-in manager. We quickly hammered out a verbal agreement that day and then put the deal through a few weeks later. I have to say I love my new electric/gas car and put over 2500 kms on it before I had to put gas in it! Ryan was a great sales person and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to work with a knowledgeable no pressure sales person. If my new Ford continues to perform as well as my previous Hondas I'll be back to work with Ryan and Key West Ford again. Helen D. North Van More

top notch service I found a Ford Transit for sale on craigslist that was being sold by Dillon. I made an appointment with him to see it, and one other one. He warned me I found a Ford Transit for sale on craigslist that was being sold by Dillon. I made an appointment with him to see it, and one other one. He warned me that there were people there viewing the transits but I decided to drive down anyways, and to my luck, both of them were sold while I was on my way. Dillon told me that he expected to get another one in the next week and that he would call me when he got it. He called me the following week like he promised and I went in to see the car. We ended up making a deal and he was going to have the car ready for me to pick up in a few days. I had to drop the car off for service shortly after buying it to have an idle problem fixed. The service department did not do a good job dealing with the issue for me, so when Dillon called me to see how I was enjoying the car, I complained to him about the service department and he took it upon himself to expedite the repairs and he directly dealt with the service managers so I didn't have to. He even got me a large vehicle to use during the time my Transit was in the shop (I use the Transit for work). He went above and beyond any expectations I had for which I'm very grateful.
