My son and I actually had fun during the process, while getting a great car at the best price on the market. This was actually the third Ford dealer I went to. I knew which car I wanted, but kept getting caught up in price games. I knew exactly what my trade in was worth, what the new car should cost, and what negotiation tactics car dealers have traditionally used. But there were no needless games at all with Ryan. Instead of a protracted negotiation process, Key West Ford checked my car, thought about the price, and said "yes." Ryan made the whole process matter of fact, professional and pleasant.
