I was not impressed by the sales people or the sales manager who just wanted meto purchase the vehicle right then and there the first time seeing it at a dealer. I just wasn't sure what options I needed or wanted. So I went back on the ford. Ca site and used the build a ford software clicked on get a quote and I got a call from key west within an hour and raven set me up with Ryan leverette what a difference in sales people... Very relaxed no pressure. We went over what was available and he found the perfect vehicle for me. Very impressed! Thank you Ryan Leverette I had been to other dealerships in the past and was unable to get a good trade in value on my old car, and I was resigned to the fact I was not going I had been to other dealerships in the past and was unable to get a good trade in value on my old car, and I was resigned to the fact I was not going to be getting a new one any time soon... it was always "maybe next year I guess". I started following Ryan on the internet who actively promotes Key West Ford online and regularly posts on his Facebook and YouTube accounts on how he personally conducts business and how the sales process works, and I kept him in mind. So when a vehicle that I liked came up on Ford's online inventory search at another competing dealership, I brought it to Ryan's attention and he said to leave it with him. Ryan dealt with the other dealership, arranged for a cost-effective way to ship the car (it was not local), threw in some extras that was much appreciated, and made all the $ numbers work so well there was nothing to haggle about. Michelle in Finance was quick and efficient and it took literally minutes to complete the deal.
