It took me several weeks to make up my mind and test driving and weighing options and types. Michael Nokes walked me through several different vehicles and explained everything honestly and with no pressure. Several times... He was patient and accommodating. He made it relatively easy to commit to such an expenditure. Compared to the other dealerships I went to that we're high pressure on site and then kept emailing and calling me (Marine Chrysler Dodge was the worst...) When I emailed Krysten "Krys" Stanick at Key West Ford, she went to great lengths to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel much less nervous. She introduced me to my salesman, Ryan who was also very helpful. When the car I wanted to see turned out to be not what I expected, Krysten went above and beyond to follow up with me and send me other options as they arrived, that she thought I would like instead, per my many requirements. Even though I did not purchase a car through Key West Ford, I felt very comfortable and taken care of by the people there, and I would recommend this dealership. I am sure that if I had chosen to purchase a car there, it would have been a solid experience. More

The later amount exists in other dealer ships ,but maintenance fee and insurance fee does not. More
