Absolutely Exemplary Prior to finding Ryan Leverette at Key West Ford, I had visited all the various Ford dealerships in my area with a sincere intent to purchase a Mustan Prior to finding Ryan Leverette at Key West Ford, I had visited all the various Ford dealerships in my area with a sincere intent to purchase a Mustang, but left each one completely frustrated. Sometimes the product knowledge was just lacking. Other times, they dabbled and crawled up with dishonest offers that by far and away exceeded Ford's own website estimates. It was as if they weren't even using the same pricing modules, and for the worse! You should have listened to their attempts to explain! Then I found Ryan - a guy with overwhelmingly positive reviews working out of Key West Ford at New Westminster - through a frustration-induced google search. His dealership was a bit far but I gave him a try, and now I am here, going out of my own way, to add to his plethora of outstanding reviews. Ryan is exemplary. He is everything you want from a dealer - honest, transparent, hardworking, dedicated to your needs, and last but not least, EXTREMELY efficient. I know a lot about Mustangs, particularly the new S550 generation, but even I have to admit Ryan is an expert about his products. He knew what I was talking about and what I wanted through conversation and worked to help me find the perfect one. Throughout the entire process, he never pressured me to make a decision I'd regret nor did he try to guilt-trip me into purchasing a vehicle with him after working hard to explore different paths for me to take (trade-in, lease, factory order and etc.) He found me my perfect vehicle in a 2017 Mustang GT/CS and offered me a spotless price. Now, I smile at the v8 growl every time I start my new baby up, but I love the car all the more because the purchasing experience was flawlessly fantastic. It all feels like a perfect package. The others from Ryan's dealership are pleasant to be around as well - full of smiles. Gurj, the finance manager I worked with, worked clean and fast. I used to think they were all the same, but they really aren't. If you have yet to experience a vehicle purchasing experience as mentioned above, or simply need one from a Ford dealership, make no mistake - Ryan is your guy. More

Very satisfied now I am down sizing my life and moving into a town house complex .. I have sold my F450 and camper and boat . No longer needing the heavy duty truck.. I like the F150 4- door and looked around but only found beat up trucks that were over priced .. I called Ian to ask about his opinion on the new F150 -4 door he couldn't say a bad thing .. He brought one down for a test drive and it was the one I wanted ... I bought it that day ... I would highly recomend key west ford 👍👍👍 More

Awesome Dealership! Ever since, I always wanted to have a sports car. Mustang really caught my attention because of its sexy and exquisite style (exterior and interior) a Ever since, I always wanted to have a sports car. As a first time car buyer, I want to get the best deal possible that any Ford dealership can offer. Before getting the deal from Key West Ford, I shopped with 2 other Ford dealership however Key West offered me the best deal. Thanks a lot to this guy MJ Papian. He was a big help for me and he also acts fast like I told him if ever I will get a Mustang Ecoboost premium and the color is race red do you have it right now? Right away he got the car and he let us drove it for a test drive. The bonus part of getting my Mustang at Key West is that it also comes with a 48" Sony Bravia LED TV. I'm blessed and happy because I was planning to buy a TV and Key West gave it as Free! Also I want to Thank Michelle as well for giving me options for the payment and other Ford services. I have had my Flex for a year now and contacted Key West Ford to see what my options are for refinancing and Nicholas Terezakis responded to me and put me in touch with Michael Nokes. Michael is friendly and VERY knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He gave me my options and really listened to what I needed and we were able to get me into a new vehicle that is best for me and my family. Nicholas Terezakis worked his magic and got the deal done quickly for me and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and the service I got from these two guys! No pressure, up front with information Though Key West Ford is quite a distance from where I live, I found a particular vehicle on their website that I was very interested in looking at. Michael responded promptly to my e-mail about the availability of that vehicle, and set me up with an appointment to view it. As it was not a Ford product he admitted to not having as much product knowledge on this particular vehicle, however any time I asked a question he didn't know the answer to his response was, "Let me find out." Every question and concern I had was addressed promptly, and at no time did Michael try to up-sell, change my mind, or convince me that I needed more vehicle than I came looking for. Though I am not an experienced car buyer, I felt like I was treated professionally and courteously and at no time felt like anyone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. While the process was stressful just due to the nature of car buying, Michael's honesty and straight-forward presentation of the information on this vehicle made me feel confident that I was making an informed buying decision. When it came time to process the paperwork, Michelle patiently dealt with my inexperienced-car-buyer questions and explained everything. Edited to add: I would suggest taking the 125-point safety inspection report with a giant grain of salt and making sure you check everything yourself. The report I was given lists 1 item as a pass that doesn't actually work, and the person doing the inspection gave a "pass" rating to 7 other items that do not even exist on my vehicle, so obviously those items could not possibly have been tested. Unfortunately that calls into question all of the other items marked as "pass" as well. More

We returned this time to trade the Edge in for a 16 Escape. Again, Key West had the exact model I was looking for and at a good price. Noella and Wes were very helpful with the questions I had about the Escape and its options. Michelle in finance helped greatly setting up and getting me into a comfortable bi-weekly payment.
