Absolutely Exemplary Prior to finding Ryan Leverette at Key West Ford, I had visited all the various Ford dealerships in my area with a sincere intent to purchase a Mustan Prior to finding Ryan Leverette at Key West Ford, I had visited all the various Ford dealerships in my area with a sincere intent to purchase a Mustang, but left each one completely frustrated. Sometimes the product knowledge was just lacking. Other times, they dabbled and crawled up with dishonest offers that by far and away exceeded Ford's own website estimates. It was as if they weren't even using the same pricing modules, and for the worse! You should have listened to their attempts to explain! Then I found Ryan - a guy with overwhelmingly positive reviews working out of Key West Ford at New Westminster - through a frustration-induced google search. His dealership was a bit far but I gave him a try, and now I am here, going out of my own way, to add to his plethora of outstanding reviews. Ryan is exemplary. He is everything you want from a dealer - honest, transparent, hardworking, dedicated to your needs, and last but not least, EXTREMELY efficient. I know a lot about Mustangs, particularly the new S550 generation, but even I have to admit Ryan is an expert about his products. He knew what I was talking about and what I wanted through conversation and worked to help me find the perfect one. Throughout the entire process, he never pressured me to make a decision I'd regret nor did he try to guilt-trip me into purchasing a vehicle with him after working hard to explore different paths for me to take (trade-in, lease, factory order and etc.) He found me my perfect vehicle in a 2017 Mustang GT/CS and offered me a spotless price. Now, I smile at the v8 growl every time I start my new baby up, but I love the car all the more because the purchasing experience was flawlessly fantastic. It all feels like a perfect package. The others from Ryan's dealership are pleasant to be around as well - full of smiles. Gurj, the finance manager I worked with, worked clean and fast. I used to think they were all the same, but they really aren't. Went Looking for an F150 4- door lariat I bought a 2008 F-450 lariat 4-door of Ian Riddell in December 2013 and have had no issues .. Very satisfied now I am down sizing my life and moving into a town house complex .. I have sold my F450 and camper and boat . No longer needing the heavy duty truck.. I like the F150 4- door and looked around but only found beat up trucks that were over priced .. I called Ian to ask about his opinion on the new F150 -4 door he couldn't say a bad thing .. He brought one down for a test drive and it was the one I wanted ... I bought it that day ... I would highly recomend key west ford 👍👍👍 More
