Best car buying experience ever! When I needed to replace my very old car I was dreading the process of finding another one. I did not want to buy a brand new car and the unknowns wit When I needed to replace my very old car I was dreading the process of finding another one. I did not want to buy a brand new car and the unknowns with a used vehicle can make it an even more stressful experience. After spending a lot of time checking out and test driving cars from a number of dealerships and private sellers, I ended up at the Key West Ford used car lot. It was a Sunday, pouring rain and we were the only people walking the lot except for one lone sales associate, Robert Antoniak. He showed us the cars that fit my criteria and a 2013 Ford Focus really stood out because of its low milage and price. I called Robert a couple of days later and arranged to take the car for a test drive. After the test drive Robert was able to provide me with the complete car history including the maintenance work they had done on it when it came to their dealership. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was so fast and easy as there is an insurance office right inside the dealership for fast and easy transfers. Robert then put my plates on, synced my phone to the car for hands free calls, and filled the tank. The only small issue with the car were some scratches on the back right bumper which Robert got the price reduced for even more and arranged to have Key West repair it, which has since been done beautifully. I would definitely recommend Key West Ford to anyone looking to buy new or used. Robert could not have been more helpful and informative, a real pleasure to deal with. With such low milage, I feel like I got a brand new car for half the price! Thank you. More

Great experience After some bad news about a wrong price on the website, Ryan offered me a great deal and provided me an awesome sale experience. Ryan personally took a couple of hours to make sure that I would get the best deal for my trade in car and get the car that I've always wanted. He gave me a lot of time and space to think and make my final decision, without trying to push things desperately like any other salesperson. I'd recommend Ryan to anyone that is looking for a good and safe transaction. Honestly, the only inconvenient (and in this case I believe that it is a Ford process problem), was that I had to wait almost two hours for the car to be ready (washed, full tank, etc) and complete all the documentation. A Pleasurable Vehicle buying experience Having purchased a number of cars over my 50 years of driving, I wasn't looking forward to the song and dance that previous dealerships and salesmen Having purchased a number of cars over my 50 years of driving, I wasn't looking forward to the song and dance that previous dealerships and salesmen had put me through, i.e. the back and forth dance between the salesman and the business manager as we haggle over the price. I knew what I was looking for; a Ford F-150. When I found a truck with the features I wanted on he Key West web site, I chatted on-line with Raven, who provided me with all the information I needed. Living out of town, I wasn't able to get to the dealership for several days. In the interim, Raven kept me appraised of the truck's status and other options that I might consider. When I did get to the dealership, I was met by Raven who introduced me to Robert Antoniak. Robert was a friendly, personable, no-pressure guy who seemed interested in helping me get into a truck with the features I wanted, at a price I was willing to pay. He was knowledgeable, but he didn't beat you over the head trying to impress me with his expertise. When it came time to make the deal there was no messing about. I stated my price limit, they came back with something very close to my budget (and this was after I had recognized that the current sticker price was several thousand dollars below the original advertised price on the web site. This was the best car (truck) buying experience I have had. Gurj, the business manager and the young man who arranged the insurance coverage (Mike??) were both quick, friendly and efficient in getting me what I needed and out on the road. I picked the truck up a few days after making the purchase. Robert went the extra mile to make sure that everything was ready and waiting (even though I arrived 2 hours before I was expected). This is the first dealership I have dealt with that has worked as a team to ensure a positive purchasing experience for the customer. Should I need another vehicle, I'd certainly contact Robert.
