Fantastic Salesman, beware additional fees! I purchased a vehicle from Alan at the beginning of the month and he was a pleasure to work with. Very quick response to my email enquiry and set up a I purchased a vehicle from Alan at the beginning of the month and he was a pleasure to work with. Very quick response to my email enquiry and set up a test drive at my convenience. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire process making sure that the whole transaction was a pleasant one. However, the dealership has a couple of additional fees they add to your purchase after you've agreed to a price. A $199 insurance transfer fee and a $795 service fee which added $1000 to the final invoice presented for signature. No mention of these fees before this which was disappointing. Fees are a necessary evil when buying a vehicle but this dealership needs to be up front about them like they are with the documentation fee of $599. More

Dodge 3500 Al made my experience very easy. Although the vehicle had a pending sale he made sure that I was able to have a good look at the truck and drive it wh Al made my experience very easy. Although the vehicle had a pending sale he made sure that I was able to have a good look at the truck and drive it while I was there instead of having to come back another time. He met me at the dealership (on his day off )the day the truck did become available. He worked with me and the service Dept to explain the few things that needed to be done to the vehicle which was a big part of why I went ahead and bought it. Megan made sure I had a vehicle and called to let me know how the repairs were progressing and when I would be able to pick it up. Overall great experience. I felt zero pressure to buy. It was the exact opposite experience I had earlier the same day at another dealership. More

We found the truck we wanted on auto trader at the Key West dealership and called to let them know we would come down from Williams Lake to look at an We found the truck we wanted on auto trader at the Key West dealership and called to let them know we would come down from Williams Lake to look at and purchase if all was good. When we arrived we had found out the vehicle was sold. I was extremely disappointed however Robert, who was appointed to be our salesman, had found a newer replacement that we were happy to purchase. Robert was very accomidating. I have purchased a few vehicles from dealerships and Robert has made this one the best experience by far. We walk away from the deal happy that we have spent well. We found an item that was missed on inspection and Robert was fast to correct it. Robert is a keeper. He’s all about the customer. Good job Key West! More
