Five stars would have been to complete the small fix to the drivers door sensor. We had to book a return visit to the dealership to have this done afterwards even though the defect was known during our test drive. Overall still very pleased and love the car. Thanks Kennedy Ford! Listened and delivered Owen McDonnell, at Kennedy, started by listening intently to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We then took 2 for test drives and Owen was knowledgeable about the features and merits of both. He helped us narrow it down to one and then quickly sourced the vehicle (a 2015 Rudy Red Escape) which was hard to find with our exact options. His new vehicle orientation was the best we have ever had on any of our previous cars and has kept in touch with us to ensure that all of our questions have been answered. He even helped us set up our cell phones on Ford Sync after the fact. Owen is a professional and very much a gentleman. Couldn't be happier with Owen and our Escape. More

STAY AWAY This dealership has a tendency to cause damage to a vehicle while in their possession and than refuse liability/responsibility. So far, it has occurre This dealership has a tendency to cause damage to a vehicle while in their possession and than refuse liability/responsibility. So far, it has occurred to four different vehicles that I know of and including my own. The owners of this dealership could not care less or bother to resolve customer issues. They do not mind selling you a vehicle as long as you have no complaints. As soon as you have a complaint is either not valid or take a year to fix, if at all. Service management knows all but nothing and at best argumentative if you present any automotive knowledge. Their senior professional service advisors either resigned or dismissed. The motto is if you are paying too much attention to customers, your performance is not up to par. This would explain why the service advisors now treat customers with contempt. Ford Motor Company should take in-depth look at the practices and professional misconduct of this dealership and its owners. NEED GOOD SOLID ADVICE: STAY AWAY. IF THEY TREAT REPEAT LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AS AFORMENTIONED, YOU CAN GUESS ALL THE REST. More
Poor experience I dropped in and asked to try a Ford Fusion to hear how the wind noise was. I explained this to the salesperson and we went for a test drive. My experience was poor because after the test drive he insisted that I had asked for a price and that I should stay while he obtained a price from his manager. I had not asked for a price at any point and this behaviour was like the old-school stereotype of a car salesman. More
