clayton & steve have been fantastic to deal over the last year , professional and straight talk , and work with you as well when needed . their finance team is excellent and pleasant as well , which is always a added bonus ! thank you kennedy team and congratulations to the Nurse family - testimony of their leadership there ! to many more years and deals to come , highly recommended for trucks and cars. Absolutely horrible experience. Go elsewhere! I spent $130k plus on a bronco raptor and instead of a thank you I get called over and over again! Management is greatly inept specifically the General Manager and keep away from the lazy Saleswoman Sadie, young person with no idea or business selling a 100k plus car. Lots of ford stores out there. Move on elsewhere!
Wholly crap. They were completely unhelpful in getting my problem solved in what is known to be a problem with the manifold of 2017 FORD 150's runner control - check it out in FORD 150 consumer forums. A $ 1,300.00 repair on a plastic manifold part. Instead I was blamed for not bringing my car in for regular service - I bought the vehicle used 2 years ago from Kennedy but they botched a simple tire service. The product is backordered for 3 weeks and my family vacation is ruined. They were congratulating themselves in a getting a discount on the part from Ford. My 5 year warranty is not valid because I am 5,000 KM over the 100 000 K warranty so, it sucks but of course I expect to pay. The general manager is incredibly condescending. When I asked if he would inquire if he could expedite from other distributors or dealerships he put me off to the parts manager who already told me there was nothing he could do. I never get upset over these things but I am having a glass of wine tonight. Geez.
Never actually made it into the dealership! They took my info over the phone for a recall and said she’d call me the next day with an update about parts and to book a service date. No one ever called me back. I called them about a week later to follow up, left a detailed message on their machine and have NEVER heard back so I went to a competitor and was treated like gold! Get a grip Kennedy!!
This one is special. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. I have never had a better experience then the one with Kennedy Ford. Both Steve & Massimo went way beyond what you would expect from a dealership. They listened, discussed options and fought to get me the best possible deal. I never felt pressured, in fact I felt like I was talking to friends that would do their best to ensure I was happy. Thank you to the Kennedy Ford Team for an incredible experience. If you need a car you need to talk to Steve and if you require financing, Massimo will fight to get you the best rate and will discuss options with you instead of trying to convince you to buy everything under the sun
