Firstly i owned a 2013 f150, ive had some bad luck over the last few months on dings and broken taillights. When i brought it into the 'dealer Shop" i was a bit concerned that i would be taken to the cleaners. Behold, its been a pleasure, pricing has been competitive, service has been friendly. Most recently, had a minor rub ( major to me) from a GO train person from the parking lot, and brought it in, WOW fixed at no charge???? the manager, name escapes me, wasn't overly happy with the result, however to me i saw nothing but perfection. They are very upfront and honest. More

Worst dealership in Canada, deceiver, cheater, liar I recently bought a vehicle from the Kennedy Ford used Sales people. This was the worst experience of my life. I paid a deposit and requested the sales person Mr. Robert Kootstra to put condition pertaining to 'Financial Approval ' arranged myself. Mr. Kootstra said there is no need to put it in the agreement, "Trust me, if your financing would not go through your full deposit, refunded, there would not be any problem". (My mistake I trusted him) When did not get financing. I sent him a e-mail, and talked to him; Mr. Kootstra was not the same person. To my astonishment and surprise Mr. Kootstra reversed his statement. I don't believe, how people could deceive and lie. Manager of Used car dealership Mr. Malik, who was not there at the time of signing was very unprofessional, unethical and misbehaved. Let me tell you from my experience, don't trust their words and being nice. Its a bad place to buy a vehicle. More

All the paperwork was super fast, approval was done on the spot online, the car was absolutely spotless at pick up time; I got an amazing deal on the new car and an awesome deal on my truck trade-in. There is no back talk, no "let me talk to the manager" or other issues; no pressure and no other up-sellings. Dealing with Bob Kanary was a breeze. He is respectful, takes the time to listen and replies in a straight forward manner. The purchase was straight forward, honest and direct. No hidden numbers, no excessive admin fees and no extra talk. They followed up with me to make sure everything is all right and I have yet to ask a question they didn't have an answer to. I will be back at Kennedy Ford for sure, a dealer like this is hard to find; I have already recommended them to all my friends. Thank you, Bob and Scott, for an awesome car buy experience. More
