Simply Excellent After doing a substantial amount of research online we set off to visit the various dealers that popped up.We visited used car lots from Bolton to Bur After doing a substantial amount of research online we set off to visit the various dealers that popped up.We visited used car lots from Bolton to Burlington looking primarily at low mileage Ford SUV's. We encountered the same stereotypical approach from the sales people that was to be expected.One of the online ads was from Kennedy Ford.My initial instinct had been to avoid the official Ford dealers believing it would be more difficult to strike a good deal however I was interested in one of the vehicles they had advertised on their web site.When we arrived we received a warm,low key greeting from Harry Stecyszyn.Within an hour we had our vehicle chosen including the test drive and an excellent deal in place.I was wrong about the pricing,it was less for better quality and lower mileage than the competitors!Financing took minutes and we were out the door. The best part was the after sale follow-up was exemplary! Hats off to the whole Kennedy Team,especially Harry for giving us such a positive experience! M.E. More

The Used Car Lot. I had been to a few other Ford dealer looking for a vehicle and this was the only on where I was greeted outside in the lot. As a matter of fact I had I had been to a few other Ford dealer looking for a vehicle and this was the only on where I was greeted outside in the lot. As a matter of fact I hadn't had time get out of my car before the salesman was striding across the lot to greet me with a smile and a hardy hand shake. I tip my hat to you Harry Stecyszyn for you outstanding professionalism and service. Along with phone calls before, during and after the sale. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed promptly. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from this dealer again. Above and Beyond Service from start to finish! My husband and I recently leased a 2016 Ford Focus from Kennedy Ford. We had amazing service from absolutely everyone! Other dealerships that we have My husband and I recently leased a 2016 Ford Focus from Kennedy Ford. We had amazing service from absolutely everyone! Other dealerships that we have dealt with have had the typical pushy salespeople feel that we all try to avoid. Kennedy Ford is so different. They are so welcoming and friendly and they and genuine. We had the pleasure to deal with Steve as our salesperson. He was extremely helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He was amazing at communicating with us as well from start to finish and we were truly amazed at how quickly the whole process was. Bob was terrific as he found us our dream car so quickly. If he couldn't find our specific Ford Focus that we wanted then nobody could! Taylor took care of all of our finances and was so prompt at calling us with the good news of our approval. We were so thoroughly impressed with the service, we decided to go back and purchase a 2016 Ford Mustang. Even though my husband had another car in mind, we loved the service so much that we got from Steve, Taylor, and Bob and decided to buy my husband's new baby at Kennedy Ford. We truly recommend Kennedy Ford and know that we will have a long lasting relationship with Steve and everyone else. We give them all nothing but glowing reviews!!! More

Professional, no pressure, GREAT purchase! We were in the market for a new/nearly new vehicle and dropped into Kennedy Ford on a whim literally on the way to another Ford dealership. Harry Stecyszyn assisted us in getting some great numbers for a trade-in on a 2015 Edge Titanium with very low km's ("sold as new"). Harry's calling card is no pressure, very professional, personable salesmanship. He doesn't work from any "script" that you often see at a car dealership, rather takes a proactive approach. He wanted to know what WE considered important when purchasing and was able to answer all of our questions in detail. After a lengthy test drive we made the deal. The follow-up and paperwork with Business manager Taylor Smith were completely painless, all aspects of the purchase explained in detail and questions answered without delay. More
