I have dealt with Toyota Kelowna for a number of years now and was in the dealership yesterday to speak to someone regarding my vehicle lease/options. Lucky for me, I met with Derek Bidgood who is a produ now and was in the dealership yesterday to speak to someone regarding my vehicle lease/options. Lucky for me, I met with Derek Bidgood who is a product advisor. My questions were all answered. Why this meeting has prompted me to write a comment is the fact that my husband passed away a couple of weeks ago and Derek did an excellent job of being sensitive to that. What I really appreciated was the fact that answered my questions directly and no "Fluffy" answers. What I particularly appreciated was his words of support for me. He did not have to take the time to that but he did and that is a pleasant change these days. I have always been a fan of Toyota and because of people like Derek, that will continue. Thank you. When we bought it was a struggle to work out a price, Wendell the salesperson was great it was the pricing team. The service area does not always tell you everything they do in a service so I’ve had to Wendell the salesperson was great it was the pricing team. The service area does not always tell you everything they do in a service so I’ve had to take my car in multiple times to get a service completed. and note they have not charged me it’s just the hassle of having to go back! Overall you have to know everything that a service does because the cars are awesome. I have a Plug in Prius Prime and a Hybrid RAV4. More

In these days of supply chain challenges. It was fantastic to work with Sean Livingstone as we looked for a new (to us )car. We were hoping to find a RAV4 Hybrid since August of 2021 and had It was fantastic to work with Sean Livingstone as we looked for a new (to us )car. We were hoping to find a RAV4 Hybrid since August of 2021 and had purchased a 2008 Smart Four Two as a vehicle to use when my car was written off by ICBC. In the interval since we’ve been blessed with another granddaughter so needed to look for a larger vehicle to have room to take them to be spoiled. We visited Kelowna Toyota the week after the grand opening of their new location at 1624 Cary Road. As our luck changed Sean showed us a RAV4XLE Hybrid that was coming off a lease with exceptionally low mileage of 18451 km. Even though it was 2018 model it had the premium accessories including power tailgate and Entune sound upgrade. The staff assisting Sean in preparing the car for delivery did a fantastic job of taking care of two minor deficiencies a missing spare tire and scratches in the paint around the rear license plate holder. We took delivery on April 26th and are thrilled with the car. As the Toyota Hybrid Drive has been proven to last well beyond the 8 year warranty we hope to be handing down the car for the girls to drive to college. Thanks Sean, Caity and Nathan for all the great support. I’d rate Kelowna Toyota ten stars if I could. More
