I took a chance to bring my Highlander in for an oil change and light service, last week. I was pleased to be able to get it done that afternoon, plus the use of a Prius loaner. Veronica, my service writer, though busy with papers and phone calls, just cheerfully helped me like I was her only customer at that moment. Being an older lady with anxiety and also a newcomer to BC/Kelowna, Wendell Gillis made purchasing my new vehicles (in 2020 - Toyota Corolla and in 2022 - Toyota Cross) totally stress free and quite a plea BC/Kelowna, Wendell Gillis made purchasing my new vehicles (in 2020 - Toyota Corolla and in 2022 - Toyota Cross) totally stress free and quite a pleasant experience on both occasions! He is such a kind, gentle, pleasant and caring individual who truly listens attentively to your needs and wants in a vehicle and pays attention to your budget! He asked all the necessary questions upfront so there was no back and forth to obtain additional information. The shipment of the Toyota Cross was delayed by a couple of months, but he ensured I was kept up to date every step of the way. Thank you again Wendell for making the purchases of both vehicles one of my most pleasant and enjoyable experiences in life!
