I recently contacted Kelowna Toyota Service and requested a quote by phone to replace the timing belt and water pump on my Acura MDX . The Technician said that she would have to get back to me after looking a quote by phone to replace the timing belt and water pump on my Acura MDX . The Technician said that she would have to get back to me after looking in to it. I almost fell over when she got back to me with a $2500 price tag. I made an appointment to have additional keys cut for my Tundra. When I arrived they refused to work on my truck until I removed my well secured kayak - “no vehicles can enter the facility with watercraft f Tundra. Very happy with the customer service I received at Kelowna Toyota. Kimberly is very organized, professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from her. The finance team was easy to work with and all of the staff at this location were happy and friendly as soon as anyone walked in the door, even on a busy weekend.
