First time visit resulted in positive first impression! I liked the reception area being right by the front entrance doors. Within a few minutes, Bruce Striker, came and again we were greeted in a friendly manner. He was good at listening and knowledgeable in the product and promotions being offered. My husband had done a fair bit of research on the vehicle we were interested in. Bruce took us to look over the vehicle, pointing out the things my husband had told him were important in having with our next vehicle. We found Bruce easy to talk with and thorough. Everything at this dealership flowed smoothly - from the first step in the door to the final signing of the papers ...even the test drive was a smooth ride! Performed a diagnoses that I paid $130.00 to find out my steering wheel position sensor apparently needed to be replaced. Had the part ordered only to find out the part DOES NOT EXIST IN MY VEHICLE. Problem is still not solved almost 3 weeks later as well as spending over 3 hours at the dealership between two separate appointments. Wasted time + wasted money = one unhappy customer. More
