New Truck I enjoyed purchasing my new Silverado 3500 hd from Kelowna chev. The staff was very friendly and would go back there again for my next purchase. Brent Frith was a very friendly and an active salesman. I had been to the other dealers in the town and felt that i had the best service with the least amount of pressure to buy on the spot. Sketchy At First I have to be honest - I almost walked out. I live 2 hours from Kelowna and I had an appointment for noon to meet with Michael. Apparently Michael wa I have to be honest - I almost walked out. I live 2 hours from Kelowna and I had an appointment for noon to meet with Michael. Apparently Michael was busy and got caught up with something else, but didn't arrange for someone else to help me. I waited for 15 minutes...and nothing. When you plan on spending a whole bunch of money at a dealership, this is not a good way to start. Finally Bruce brought us into his office and offered to at least let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. I do a lot of homework before I decide to purchase something. Bruce was honest and not pushy at all, which I appreciated. Then I met Kelly. Funny guy with a very good sense of humour. Got me close to what I wanted for a trade in on my vehicle and didn't insult me with a low-ball offer. I decided to purchase the vehicle and the rest of the staff made it simple and, other than committing yourself to years of payments, ..... painless. Plus, Bruce offered to fill the tank with gas. That deserves a two-thumbs up! After having a quick chat with Clayton at the fabulous coffee machine, Michael did come out and apologize for standing me up with my appointment. PS. Please give the insurance lady an office. It was -13C and she is freezing at her desk in the show room. Cheers, - Goose More

Enjoyable all around My girlfriend was in need of a vehicle after being in a car accident. After being to several dealerships and test driving several vehicles, we walked My girlfriend was in need of a vehicle after being in a car accident. After being to several dealerships and test driving several vehicles, we walked into Kelowna Chevrolet where we were greeted by Brent Frith. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and Brent made it a truly enjoyable experience. We test drove one vehicle that didn't pan out and, after a couple days, Brent contacted us with some suggestions for alternate vehicles. After test driving the vehicles suggested by Brent, we fell in love with the one that suited our needs best. Brent paid close attention to what we were looking for and made sure we were happy with our selection before we drove it off the lot. Brent Frith and Kelly Cherneski went above and beyond what we expected from a dealership and we will be dealing with them again when I am ready to upgrade my car. Big thanks go out to Brent and Kelly for helping us get into a vehicle so easily. A++ service. More

Made our recent new car purchase easy! Pierre was a knowledgable, no pressure representative who took time to answer all of our questions. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service I had given the dealership a call this morning to inquire about some repairs for my car the person I talked to at the main desk was very friendly and I had given the dealership a call this morning to inquire about some repairs for my car the person I talked to at the main desk was very friendly and very helpful she transferred me to the service department where the person I talked to at about 9:30 AM on Wednesday morning November 23rd was very very rude I had called to just kind of tell her what was going on with my car and she said and I quote "I'll stop you right there our technicians (or something) are busy so they'll have to call you back" and when I said that I would try calling somewhere else she literally hung up on me this has got to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had when I was only trying to find a new place to take my car More
