Manager clayton Awful made me drive over 8 hours to do a deal he made over the phone then wanted 4k more then he said it was non negotionable. Then told me I could keep the sound system that was in my trade in cause it added no value even after I told him it had one in it days prior to arriving and it was professionally installed and easily still worth 2000 dollars . If I was driving 8 hours to get to his dealership I obviously couldnt just take it out he was also well aware I was only there for one day on the weekend but he didn't care and figured I could just remove it right then and there. Walked out and got 4000 dollars more for my trade in and a better truck for the same price with addons at a proper dealership.He also has no respect for his elders or customers as he called my 77 year old retired father ( who was just helping his son buy a truck) a xxxxxxxxxxx. How professional especially coming from a manager. More

Not What I expect when Buying a New Car Let me start out with that Kael was amazing and did a great job, and went above and beyond. What I did not expect was to drive off the lot and the next day be told they sold me the wrong car and I was driving an uninsured vehicle that was not in my name. The manger made me feel it was my fault and offered no apology for the huge mistake he had made. On top of that the price he wrote down and quoted me for my payments increased quite a bit. If it was not for Kale and Tim and how quickly they corrected the situation I would have walked out of there. More

Saved our Vacation My low mileage 2008 Buick started coughing and sputtering and had a burnt rubber odour after a short stop at the mall. I limped it to Kelowna Chevrole My low mileage 2008 Buick started coughing and sputtering and had a burnt rubber odour after a short stop at the mall. I limped it to Kelowna Chevrolet. After explaining we were on our way from Edmonton to catch a cruise in Seattle, the shop bent over backwards to get the car repaired and back to me on a Friday afternoon. Seems I had a cracked coil and shorted out ignition module. It was on the verge of catching fire. They easily could have put me in the line and get to when they could with a good chance of missing our Cruise departure. Thanks to Steve and the shop for getting us back on the road. Nothing but praise for my first time experience for an out of towner! More
