I have been waiting for weeks for a call back from September to get my car dealt with. Have had multiple people call me for an oil change but I can't get my car in to deal with it pulling and solve th September to get my car dealt with. I purchased a brand new Chevy Silverado EV from the Kelowna Chevrolet dealership on April 7, 2025, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. In just over a month, the truck has had to go b Kelowna Chevrolet dealership on April 7, 2025, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. In just over a month, the truck has had to go back to the shop five times for serious issues, including: • The hood not closing properly • Loud dashboard noises • Repeated towing incidents (including while stuck with family) • Broken promises regarding a loaner vehicle – I was told it would be free, but I was charged by Budget instead. Each time the vehicle was returned to me, I was told everything was fine, only for the same problems to return within days. Most recently, we were again left stranded due to the same unresolved issues. This is not what you expect from a brand new vehicle, and the lack of proper service, follow-up, and accountability from the Kelowna dealership has made the situation even worse. My honest advice: Don’t get trapped like I did. Be cautious if you’re considering a Silverado EV or working with this dealership. But now Am prepared to take legal steps its necessary for us . More

Robin Loney and this dealership was the best and easiest car purchase I ever made. Robin arranged to pick up my two cars from Nanaimo BC for a trade for an old new car and stored it and delivered it to Rich car purchase I ever made.
